Vertical Button bar से F7: Journal बटन पर क्लिक करे
अब एंट्री करने के लिए जर्नल वाउचर ओपन हो चूका है
F:2 बटन दबाकर voucher date डाले
जर्नल वाउचर में कम से कम दो खातो के बिच एंट्री करना है एक डेबिट और दुसरा क्रेडिट होंगा.डेबिट और क्रेडिट की जगह To और By का भी उपयोग किया जा सकता है
narration में एंट्री से जुड़े विवरण को लिखा जाता है
अंत में एंटर बटन दबाकर एंट्री सेव कर दे.
