@@theprimetimelime9410 hm ok. Maybe some attacks have their own power level, like kamehameha or genkidama, and nothing to do with character power level. Maybe character power level is the basis of its physical strength, like punch force, damage resistance etc. but ki attacks are something else to count

I know dooku and yoda and others are old, but their power shouldn’t be so low. Because how they use the force or augment themselves with it, having it slow their aging or fatigue, makes them as powerful as other users half their age still.
