@MSFTMechanics, Microsoft always lacks customization; throwing a page not found error wouldn't make sense to the end user, and it doesn't give the user additional details on the page to users on why and how it was blocked. Other Secure Service Access Edge or Security Service Edge solutions provide this capability. Although everything looks good when it comes to a single plane for access policy and unifying network and identity, why would install yet another agent? Shouldn't this capability be embedded in either OS or Defender Agent? Like DLP policies.
M365 E3 includes Conditional Access, but you need the E5 Security add-on to get risk-based conditional access. You mention many times that you are using risk-based CA for connections. Does this license then give you risk-based CA? Or do these features also require the Entra ID Plan 2 add-on to get risk-based CA?
