Here is a quick and easy video to show you how to perform a print screen / screenshot on a Windows laptop.
It's really easy to get started and create your first screenshot. All you have to do is get something on the screen you want to take a screenshot/screen dump of and press the following key (can change per machine)...
PRTSC
PRTSCN
PRT SC Key
Once this key has been pressed it will take a snapshot of the current screen and put it in the copy and paste buffer. You can then 'paste' this screen shot in lots of different applications such as graphic and photo software and writing packages.
To 'paste' the image in the application (MS Word, Paint etc) you then visit the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'. This will then put the screenshot in the document.

Hi, your video might be useful as it looks like to me judging from the (positive) comments below. The ONLY problem I had was that the (sound) volume was SO LOW that I had a difficult time hearing it. My laptop does not have the "SOUND BLASTER" which some laptops have, so for that reason I always use earphones when listening to videos and generally that has been sufficient. However, in this case your volume has been extremely low and barely audible. Just to prove my point. . . I had the volume all the way up, and at the conclusion of you (otherwise) fine video I was "B L A S T E D" with the commercial which came at the end. AN ADJUSTMENT MIGHT BE IN ORDER.

Press Alt and Prt SC and then find "PAINT" open it up and press PASTE and there's your SCREENSHOT ! Probably wise to pin paint to your taskbar and when you hit screenshot open up paint and click paste and save your screenshot as a jpg or whatever. Hope that helps
