fair, but there's at least some kind of separation what with them being aliens, and he's not actively causing them trouble after they get put in the wall, so it's possible to move on from what he did...
the duke however is a human just like them, and is actively causing problems for all of them, so not only can he not just move on from what the duke did because he's still doing it and it's still affecting everyone, but he actually has a chance of doing something about it
