    3 keys:
    1. Pain that causes your blood to boil
    2. Pause to get some headspace
    3. Purpose bigger than yourself
    Thanks. Good job!

Some words change their meaning with time or are used in contexts that alter their literal meanings. You refer to the exact meaning of Latin derivation of the word passion as suffering or enduring. The word passion in today's world is used and thought of in different contexts than pain. Passion, in my opinion, has synonyms of obsession, compulsion, and even addiction. Therefore, a passion is best defined as an activity that aligns spot on with someone's inner self and thus they feel in complete harmony with their core values and identities. Passion will give them so much pleasure that they will pursue that activity effortlessly (compare to other non-passionate people) and learn the tasks related to the activity lightning fast. On the contrary, pain (anguish, frustration, anger, dissatisfaction) comes from engaging in tasks that one not passionate about. In short sentence... Passion pulls you toward itself... you don't have to force yourself toward it like a 15 years old force himself to study math all-night to pass the exam..... Just my opinion.

I learnt something here which is very-very sad, they say that in order to succeed in business you need Passion.. but the definition of Passion ... “Comes from Latin root pati-, meaning suffering, or enduring....Passion is, at its core, a form of pain that demands it be quenched."... I Think it's a very sad world where in order to succeed, you need to feel a pain to fight and overcome. However, if you overcome it then surely you lose you passion and so lose your drive to success?

Passion from pain... brilliant! Though if I think about what brings me pain, it’s on topics I really don’t want to touch with a 10 foot pole. But I understand what he means. Maybe I can find a passion that’s the right balance?
