Though a neurosurgeon and professor of medicine, by training, I am a critic of the culinary arts, by avocation, frequently invited to provide detailed reviews of high-end restaurants for well-established publications and author of a forthcoming guide to American steakhouses. I happened upon this channel only today and have been duly impressed by the fine quality and masterful preparation of dining options in this informal setting. The delectable beef stew (une version un peu moins élaborée du bœuf bourgignon) strikes as a notably elevated and appealing selection. The chef's expertise and meticulousness surge forth throughout the video and can but beckon the attention of potential viewers. Kudos to MrT, the chef!
Hi Chef just a recommendation for your cutting board get one that is made of soap stone I use one and it does not dull your knife. And it also antimicrobial and easy to up keep. Enjoyed the videos

Reality is, my customers are fine with that. They know there is cross contamination. They know there is only one grill. They are fine with it. The comment section on RUclips, nah mate, forget about it 👌😀👍
@ That’s odd. I’ve been a vegetarian my entire life and I’d be extremely upset. People also don’t eat meat for religious reasons. All in all it’s just a huge no no in any kitchen I’ve ever worked in and any restaurant I’ve ever been to.
@-SarahElizabeth-Yet, it's all in the mind. If something wasn't advertised as vegetarian/vegan/halal / etc. in the first place, how can you be upset about it? Not everyone is vegetarian who chooses the vegetarian option 👌😊👍
That bore absolutely no resemblance to the bubble & squeak produced in my house, and my adult kids would divorce me as their mother if I presented them with it. For god's sake leave it alone on the grill to get a crispy bottom, and where did an Indian spice EVER come into this! Good grief.
As you said. In your house. As many households, as many versions. Your version isn't the ultimate version, neither is my. And that's why bubble and squeak is a beautiful dish 👌😀👍
Can't go wrong with potatoes and butter!! Happy holidays MrT!
My Polska nan would make me this every Sunday growing up and I still miss it and her. Delicious and brill memories. x
That beef stew looks AMAZING, I want a whole bowl of that ❤
That bubble and squeak looks amazing
Mr. T really has all hooked on these videos. Thank you.
Sounds delicious...and I enjoy watching the preparation part...thanks!
I love the way you can squeeze the roasted garlic out of the skins, so satisfying.
Wow. This is lovely.
I miss the kitchen.
You had me at boxed wine 🤤
Expert hands. I love watching
I've always wanted to try this dish - we don't really have anything like it in the US. Looks good!

I've never heard of Bubble and Squeak before, and now I want to try some 😩
Watching him cook is the best part
Looked like a lot of prep, well done chef
I agree! 30-50 kgs of potatoes just don’t peel themselves
@moemanncann895 I hope they have a rumbler, although the potatoes have square edges so they may have all been hand peeled!
@@jjssll466 Closer to 30-50 pounds but still, they looked hand peeled going into the oven 👍
Roast dinner in a yorkshire pudding seems like a good fit , vegetable wellington for vegetarians
Perfect video, thank you ☺👍👌
Love from India 😊😊
I’m inspired by your Professionalism in the Kitchen. Hello from Oregon. I try to keep up , but if not I binge watch your videos.

People seems terrified of a few chillies 😅

Hehe, köszi, mindig várom hogy mikor kapok magyar kommenteket, és bár nem vagyok büszke a káromkodásra, néha benne hagyom a videóban 👌😅👍
Bubble and squeak is a Monday meal, made from Sunday leftovers.
This was made on monday, but not from leftovers 👌😊👍
It was. Potato and Cabbage leftover from Sunday fried in lard served with dry bread and Brown Sauce 😋😋😋😋
Yes leftovers from Sunday, fried up and served on hot buttered toast
so that is bubble and squeak I have never known nor ever had it.
In spirit. Traditionally it would be leftover cabbage and potatoes, sometimes added beef, formed into a patty and pan fried till crispy 👌😀👍
@@MrT2022 oh that sounds good as well.
that pressure cooker ☠
This is yummy comfort food at its best😋 TYFS, have a blessed day🙏♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️🙏
Bubble and squeak England. Leftover roast potatoes and cabbage from Sunday dinner , mashed together and fried till brown both sides. That's it.
That's one version of it. As with many households, there are numerous variations 👌😊👍
What was the brown juice you poured into the carrots and onions at 2:36?
Red wine 👌😊👍
@@MrT2022ooh very nice
❤
Mr. T it up
I'm a beef stew fanatic! So you used diced up meat rather than chunks? What type of beef is it?
It was chuck beef 👌😀👍
With out your watch ⌚️ 😏
I think you should make the menus BIGGER so people can read them
Could you do a recipe for this on your other channel? Please 🙏🏿
Sure 👌😊👍
@@MrT2022Thank you so much 🙂

Hmmmm, I like most of them, no favourites though 👌😀👍
Dont cry and dont gut your finger!!😊
You are wearing a black uniform 😊
That’s not vegetarian after you used the spatulas for the bubble and squeak on the Turkey. 🙁
