@Musclemania679 No such thing as a 440 Hemi Magnum as your video suggests, a 440 magnum was a Wedge motor not to be confused with a 426 Hemi head motor. Even in your video at 29:00 you call it a 440 magnum.
The Falcon GT was a Australian car right? Are they all over sea cars? Here in USA the non-Boss 429's first year was 70'. The AI has a few names wrong. Ford Fairlane pronounced as Fairline. Because I had both a Fairlane 500 GT and Ford Cobra 428CJ I think the Fairlane Cobras only had the Cobras on the fenders. Like the all red Formal Roof. That looks like Gateway Classic Cars footage. Not sure why and I'm not bashing just noticed things about them. The fastback hoodscoop only has 428 and no Cobra Jet. Also it had Cobra Fender badges with Cobra block letter tag. Mine only had one on the trunk lid. Maybe someone watching has one. Though this was 35yrs or more ago. I do miss that Cobra. And my others. I loved my Mustangs. Just got older and needed a 4x4 to get to work.
You're right-the Falcon GT is an Aussie classic! As for the Fairlane 500 GT and Cobra 428CJ, you’ve got some great insights! Thanks for sharing your memories and details. Sounds like you’ve had some awesome cars-Mustangs and Cobras are always special. Appreciate you pointing out those little things, and I’m glad we could chat about these legendary rides! 🚗💥
