Detox sending Alyssa home on her mother's death anniversary just to save Roxxxy from a deserved elimination is the scummiest moment of this franchise i feel horrible watching that.
Well, a dead mother should not be a factor in whether someone gets sent home. That being said, the fact that Alyssa was sent home when it was clear she should not have been, is hands down the most shocking and awful moment of the show ever (to me anyway).
Still can’t get over it… years have passed and still feel like the top 3 should have been Alaska, Katya and Alyssa

I didn't like or understand Alyssa at first, but I've come to love and respect her so much. In addition to being funny AF and a really nice person at heart, she has such a positive and professional attitude. She has a healthy understanding of competition as a pageant participant and dancer-it's not her first/second/third time at the rodeo😉-and seems to have a fulfilling life in and out of drag. Plus she's a high-ranking Ru Girl-I don't know what all goes on in the outside world between her and World of Wonder (tours, etc.) but she gets hired to choreograph for the show and as a lip sync assassin.

I forgot how mad I was at Detox for sending her home. Watching this brought that back. I wouldn’t be as mad if Alyssa actually deserved to go home. But she didn’t. Someone else did.

Alyssa would always outshine her so she tried to get rid of her! She acted out of fear and cowardice. If she really wanted to level up.. she’d keep the tough competition, she’d find the strength within herself to overcome it. Everytime she stood next to Alyssa she got insecure and didn’t do as well.
we were gaslit into thinking alyssas camera dress was bad. yes it wasnt a great 2 in 1 look, but the final look was fashion darlingggg
It isn't a bad garment, and the fact that it lit up was spectacular! But her camera gown and Alaska's Lil Poundcake, despite both being delightful to see, were bad as "two in one" looks, which was what the runway was. I'm glad she came back after, of course!
It’s one of my favourite outfits she’s done! It may not have been the best but it was so her, it was camp and fun and flashed!
Honestly, Alyssa starting the Ru vs Ru looking up the way she did literally gave me chills. That look alone might be one of her best moments

They're told to tone it down, man up, and get it together. They literally have no idea how to express that emotion with the same fluidity women do.
