The first 2 seasons had Blue, Green, and Purple. They took out Green and Purple and replaced them with Red.

I think besides this set, the next set I’m pumped for is the crystal beasts set that’s coming out in November. I believe they are also making a structure deck of that also.
Out of the 10 Secret Rares, I look forward to the Mystal Elf White Lightning the most because it's a card from the original series I never thought I was going to see!

The secret rare I’m most excited about is Mystical Elf White Lightning. I love that it is a hand trap that works well with blue eyes and dark magician.
I like the artwork on that card. Unfortunately I didn’t get it in my display I opened. Got the dark magician girl dice and souls tho so I’m not too mad.
Honestly mystical elf white lightning is sick there's so much potential around that also one of the best ways to bring out blue eyes quickly
Super excited for Soul Servant and Mystical Elf. Really looking forward to those mystical elf plays. I use souls to summon DM and then use rod and elf in case they hit rod with an ash, etc.
I thought this set had green, blue, purple and red and regular gold for lettering and Magicians Rod and Robe both have super rare printings. Magicians Souls is by far my favorite card from this set!!
The Dark Magicians secret is the one im most after. Though im super excited over all the predaplant cards, I may just have to take the deck to regionals this next time around.

I’d have to the The Dark Magicians is the one I’d pick, though I do like Harpie’s Pet Dragon too. And I’m sad that there’s no purple Dark Magician Girl. It would have looked so good in my opinion.

@@jaygarcia6079 The foiling of the name. It’s gold, red, or blue in this set. I think it would have been nice in purple as well but it seems like they stopped foiling names in purple and green.

Favorite secret is def Dark Magicians but I also really like that Curse Necrofear. Always been a fan of Bakura’s deck, just wish it was actually decent enough to play.

I'd say the Secret Rare I'd be the most excited about is Mystical Elf White Lightning. It's like a cool callback to Yugi's duel with "Kaiba's Ghost" during Duelist Kingdom.

At first I was excited for the Liquid Soldier reprint. Now that I’ve done a bit of research, I’m crazy excited for The Dark Magicians reprint. I’ve always wanted to build a dark magician deck, and this set seems to be one of the best resources to do so.
Super excited for secret rare Liquid Soldier as am a massive fan of the hero archetype and he just looks awesome

Opened a display box a few days ago and pulled two magician’s souls. Loved my luck so much that I decided to buy a display case. 6 displays, 48 boxes, and 96 packs later… and not a single magicians souls. I went from one display box with two copies of souls to 7 display boxes with still… only two copies 😔

The Dark Magicians is such a cool card. Could never pull it in the original set, but it’s good to know there’s pretty good odds to get it as a secret in this set.
Definite favorite is the Secret Rare of The Dark Magicians! Soul Servant was up there as well!

i just got back into collecting yugioh after about 20 years, i started with the Ghost From The Past, 2nd Haunting after watching your video on it and im loving the reprint of the older cards. this set with the DMG is awesome i cant wait to buy a few and hope to pull one . so nostalgic!!
The best part about Mystical Elf White Lightning is that you can spam the effect as much time as you want because in the card text it state you can only use each effect of “Mystical Elf - White Lightning” once per turn. The actual card’s name doesn’t have the hyphen. BOOM! Profit through technicality.
I am so hyped for curse necrofear. When I was younger dark necrofear was my favorite card and I always wished they did more cards with it.

I already see a good combo with the second effect of Mystical Elf WL. Combine that with the trap Ultimate Creature of Destruction, it looks like a deadly combo (In my opinion)! I respect the Duelist Kingdom callback in the Anime with that card!

Dude Sunrise as a secret looks clean, but this is the second printing of Curse Necrofear and I'm here for it. Hands down my favorite card in the promos!

Chaos Command Magician is my ACE deck! Got it from my first booster back in 2008. Remembered the time I had to beg my dad to let me buy the last boost pack at Target. Back of my mind, Chanting "Please give me a magician any magician. It doesn't have to be Dark Magician or Dark Magician Girl". There Chaos Commang Magician shows up!
Hopefully Konami makes an Evil Hero Structure Deck or a Toon Structure Deck with all the new cards they made for those monsters.

Ever since I've been running a Dark Magician deck on Master Duel, I'd be stoked on pulling The Dark Magicians secret rare.
Honestly I wasn't too hyped by the original leaks for this set, but seeing the cards, and the art, I'm very happy it came out! The two cards I'm most excited for (sorry could just choose one), are the The Dark magicians AND the Mystical Elf White Lightning! With Dark magicians its classic Yu - Gi - Oh! with the subliminal message of the entire series which is, through friendship there is strength in numbers. All of the different variations of the show show hint or make it clear that duelists are stronger when they work together, or are friends etc. Now The same thing could apply to Mystical Elf White Lightning the two monster working together against a foe, which reminds me of wen Yugi and Kaiba worked together to battle the big 5 bosses, and the 5 headed dragon. OP battle, and this card is a nice homage to that

Didn't realise magicians Souls were difficult to get. I bought one of the dual pack boxes today and pulled two from one pack.
Definitely looking forward to the new Harpies Pet Dragon! Built the deck in Duel Links years ago, then have been messing around in MD too! And now... I've built that same deck from MD IRL.... Been slowly getting back to the TCG these past few months! Can't wait to get my hands on it!
