Can I just say that after 5 months I have finally understood how each mode works & I have to thank you guys for this tutorial. Hands down massive respect to you guys. I was on the verge of selling my Gimbal on Facebook Market but at the last minute I changed my mind. Thank you. Thank you so much. Also, GOD BLESS AMERICAAAAAAAA !!! 😍😘🇺🇸🏆💙💯 THANK YOU EVO !!! 💯
EVO Gimbals No problem guys ! Loving the Gimbal after mastering it ! Also, I purchased the tripod stand from Amazon before Christmas & the pictures captured from the ground looking up are quality thanks to the tripod stand ! Hail AMERICAAAAAAA !!! 😍😘🇺🇸🏆💙💯
Excellent video! Nice and concise and I really like that you showed examples on each mode. I am usually shooting POV mountain bike footage and it was difficult for me to visualize situations where I would use the other modes besides pan follow!
Hi guys ! I’ll be on the back of a motorbike hoping to get a recording for my RUclips channel. Could you please tell me what mode I should use because I want it to be locked but not move too much. Keep it at a level.
Hi Al, If you are wanting to stay fixed on one point go with lock mode but if you want just the horizon locked while still getting a view of your left/right go with PF which will still allow your gimbal to pan, but tilt will stay fixed.
Can you or someone tell me how to keep my humble facing forward ( NO MATTER WHAT DIRECTION IM FACING ) and only use the side to side leveling of the horizon??? EXAMPLE =I want it to keep facing forward as I ride my motorcycle but if I lean the bike over I want it to stay horizontally level!!!! Please help and thank !
Hi Alpha6Five, No need to do it via a computer. You want to use the mode buttons. Here is a tutorial video: ruclips.net/video/oPITRO1b7aY/видео.html. If that still does not work out for you, please reach out to support@evogimbals.com with footage of what your SS is currently doing.
I bought this gimbal and thought I could charge it, put my phone in, turn it on and calibrate etc., but instead I put my iphone in it, powered it up and it acted like it was going to spring upright but instead went limp. It had charged for 24 hours, so I don't know what went wrong. Any suggestions?
Hi Anna Marie, there could be a couple things 1) Did you balance the roll motor arm before power on? 2) are you pressing and holding the power button down long enough (2 full seconds). Either way please contact us support@evogimbals.com or call us 1-866-977-6688 and we'll be glad to help you out! Our hours are 9AM to 5PM M-F
Very well presented, straight to the points that are important, and no daft music, thank you, from Scotland...

Glad to hear that helped mobettah! Thank you for that feedback.

Yeah.. ditto to previous comment, very concise, now I know full follow is the mode I need to shoot when skiing at Mt Bachelor!

Hi Alpha6Five,
What mode are you using it in? We suggest using it in lock mode so the horizon will stay fixed.
EVO Gimbals I have tried EVERY mode but the gimbal will not stay forward! I just got it a few days ago .
EVO Gimbals is there a way to lock the axis motors on a pc or computer? This should be in your software 👍👍
