I have both the TwinView Dock 3 and Kunai 3 for my Asus ROG phone 3. Any bluetooth gamepad can be used with the Phone but might encounter compatibility issues. Best bet is the Kunai 3 and it is very comfortable. The TwinView had potential but the lack of support in games, makes it optional.

Everything works well EXCEPT the D-Pad seem to be only 4-way instead of 8-way. Basically no diagonal buttons. I can only press up or right each at a time. If i press up and right together it wont register. Is this how the controller is designed? I connected another BT controller but all diagonal actions work. I hope its a software issue with mine and fixable with an update. :(

Asus refuses to make a better bumper for the Kunai. I have had 4 Kunai replacements, and they all continue to disconnect in the middle of gameplay when connected via USB mode. Over time, the right gamepad does not connect to the gamepad. Asus' customer service is awful, and they don't do a good job of handling service repairs in a timely manner. Avoid the ROG and go with another item.

Strange. I didn't have any issues. Perhaps formatting your phone will erase the kunai firmware, and it will work when you plug it in after?
