@@knepie Heroes are absolute garbage in goat format, but I’d still be willing to try. Also, this isn’t just a goat channel! What format was your favorite era for heroes?
Fantastic analysis and demonstration - thank you for going in depth on what you side out for your Side Deck as so many people just list the Side but don't explain why and for what, assuming that everyone watching just "knows." Looking forward to more videos!
Love to see that the deck me and KL invented (adapted from baboon burn) some 8 years ago is doing so well. Nice to see that the decklist has slightly evolved as well. Me personally, would not main the giant trunades. Instead main 2 mobius. Also, main 2 last will. It's amazing in this deck (especially if you run tribute monsters). We also used to smokescreen into cyber-stein otk, which can really catch people of guard in a tournament.
I’ve never heard about you before, but your comment is an honor! It’s a wonderful deck, and I’ve loved it for a long time. so thank you! Idk what you have seen besides this but giant trunade is basically the reason I am called the burn queen. It broke the deck and every list since has played at least 2 on the main. I now mostly play a version of this with rescue cat and that deck does play last will which has been really sweet.
@@THEpuy Well we didn't quite invent the deck, we just adapted a baburn list from 2007 and played it at the second Goat Format Championship. The real inventor of this deck and the first person to combine aggro/burn successfully is Justin Trias, who topped Shonen Jump San Mateo with this deck in 2007. Also, if you like burn decks, I think the best version (pre-side at least) is jar burn. It's insanely consistent and almost impossible to stop, yet nobody ever seems to play it.
@@THEpuy Yea that's too bad indeed. Interesting to see how such a fixed format is still changing so many years later. Goes to show that a format never truly reaches equilibrium due to action-reaction. You can also smokescreen, especially in a tournament: Game 1: play regular burn Game 2: opponent sides in decree, jinzo and sides out battle traps, scapegoats, ... Meanwhile you turn your deck into stein OTK and side out all the burn cards and side in cyber-stein, megamorph, giant trunade, nimble momonga, ... Game 3: now it's a mindgame
@@mian6788 people did that too. They’d do panda burn into rescue cat OTK but not people use Mystik wok and hallowed life barrier in top of the dustshoots :(
Love the walkthrough and gameplay, im curious- in the second game when you trunaded, why didnt you chain the secret barrel then and then attack over panda with lily? That was enough damage for lethal right there
What are your thoughts on chain energy? I had some success on the ladder siding out a bunch of traps g2/3 and going more aggro with chain energy. Like to hear what you think :)
What do you want to see me play next? Reply with your answers and I'll pick a favorite.
My avatar: rescue cat
Cat control or cat burn will be great
The Last turn deck
Elemental Heroes? IDK if its good, but its the only yu-gi-oh deck I know. :P

Thanks a ton! I realized that I’ve been a good awful sider for so long (still am) because no one talks about it enough. Glad I could help.
This was great, id love to see more content.
Great vid. Good luck and have fun with the YT channel.

@@mian6788 we’ve tried the like but these days every deck plays 2-3 dustshoot and 2-3 solemn judgement so most combo-y stuff gets snuffed :(

Side decking tutorial was really nice..
The what and why to the cards being taken out and put in.
Leeeetttsss GOOOOO!!!
A new Goat Channel! I'm so hype!
Not just goat! Stick around for more cool stuff!
YAY!
More videos pls
They'll be coming at least weekly if I have anything to say about it.
53:29 why not chain secret barrel on dust while cards were still in play and proceed with the fairy attack for game?
That was me being a fool honestly
I love the channel.
Thank you! Tell your friends! :)

Current build has 2 main 1 side. Probably will make a second video that includes it.

Why no lava golem?
Lava golem is a tech choice and one that wasn’t good at time of recording. If opponent has meme wok it’s just a free 3000 healing.
@@THEpuy thank u burn queen

hi :)
Hi :)
Where is Desert Sunlight???? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Guess who i am
haha I’m just not on that level, X
Shouldn’t he have gained 1000 every turn because of snatch steal?
Time stamp around when snatch was active? I don’t remember using one in this game. it’s been so long!
Oops nvm
