This is a hybrid Pizza I wouldn't call it a Neapolitan it's like a mixture between the NY pizza pie the traditional Neapolitan pizza pie more like a fusion pie
@mexmentaty I don't think it's for 90 to 100% hydration it's probably somewhere between 75 and 85 percent to me that's a hybrid pie and has to be 90 to 100% to really be considered Neapolitan not to mention I think he probably used a mixture of flour probably 00 semolina and some other kind of flower

No it Neapolitan style because of the hydration, the leopard spots and the obvious lack of fat in the dough
