@@Greekmilsim some seem to forget the 249 saw is a refurbished version of a FN Minimi platform, it's not a weapon by it's own. Also the MK3 and newest para versions are way more advanced than the saw, which is a crap in accuracy, considerable worst than the belgium made ones - reason they decided to step out of it except for now in some socom units. plus the Minimi latest evolution, the FN EVOLYS is still greater on accuracy, barrel warming, weight (by a lot), and even more adaptable as a support weapon. Guess they also don't know the M240 they have relied for so long are nothing else but US purposed FN MAG, but that's US for you...
@@Maddog-xc2zv we don't care about accuracy we care about suppress. This ia its main goal .I used 2 in infantry they are far better than HK11A1 and HK21
@@Maddog-xc2zv fn minimi for its era was the best . In nowadays you can find better mgs like evolys but they are expensive and doesn't worth replacement due to high cost

Great you're able to upgrading them to Rafale (18 in service + 6 to deliver soon) and F-35A (20+20, but you'll only be starting receiving them in 2028), still way better than the other option, Mirage 2000 (70's) included. Also is a bit hazardous to be using barrels so old and so used like in some cases of your oldest mortars, you risk to blow it with someone using it, those need quick replacement.
