I’ve used this kit once so far but saw pretty good results, here’s what I learned: Take your time, watch the video fully and read other peoples comments as well Use your own lash glue and really take your time getting the lashes stuck to the top lash pad (honestly what worked best for me is just using a clean finger, not the tool they provided idk if that’s bad or not 🤷♀️) Glue in sections as well. If you can get them glued right I think you’ll be in the clear Yes you are supposed to wipe the perm off with a cotton swab or microfiber towel Other than that it’s pretty clear what you’re supposed to do. The main trick is getting the lashes to stick before perming

I bought this kit off on amazon, and I tried it yesterday. The results where really good and I’m so happy with how it turned out. The only problem I had was that I didn’t get the eye pads or the wipers blue swabs. And the eyelash glue didn’t stick to anything!

Very useful video! My eyelashes are already very curly but a bit short so I used the L-sized silicon pad to widen the curl (if that makes sense) and it worked! So now instead of curling into my eyelid, my lashes curl to the sky :)
They don't remove the permanent before putting the fixation in the video, does that mean that we don't have to remove the permanent? Because in the notice of my former kit it said that we had to remove the permanent before applying the fixation.

I ordered this product directly from your website and my product, the upgraded version, did not include any of the tools needed or eyepads to apply these.
They make it look so easy, but it’s much harder than it looks to do it on yourself. My lashes stop sticking to the lash pad once I apply the perm lotion... I started over and tried twice and the same thing kept happening. My eyelashes kept getting unstuck once I applied the perm lotion. I’m currently trying a third time with Duo brush-on lash glue, and the hold is so much better. So I’m pretty disappointed with the hold of the included lash glue. Anyway, I’m just waiting for the fixation lotion to set after I waited for the perm lotion. Hope it works...
So sorry for disappointed you. If you lay down, your eyelashes will not get unstuck. Now we upgrade the glue. The new glue is so much better than this one. We are so sorry about.

Glue isn’t even sticky enough to stay on my eyelid and my lashes won’t stick when I push them up. Also the eyelid silicone things are way too straight my eyes are too rounded
Okay so this works, but instead of using the cleaning tool thing to stick the lashes on, you need to use the back end of the long pink spooly thing which worked for me, I also did it twice on my lashes cos the first times I did it, it didn’t work properly and I didn’t do it properly. Lashes turned out really nice I’m happy with this product.

Do you just put the plastic wrap on and leave it for 8-10 mins or do you put the plastic wrap on and hold with your fingers so it’s like heat activated? I found if I don’t hold the plastic wrap to my eye it doesn’t curl. Any suggested/ help would be greatly appreciated. I love the product
I did it today and am super happy with my right eye, but on the left one it's basically invisible, so now I have one huge eye and one super small, I look like a clown.. how long do I have to wait until I can redo the left eye? I would love to do it straight away, but I'm scared I destroy my beautiful long lashes :(

yes, you should wipe off the perm 1 with using a micro applicator brush / cotton swab. Sorry for didn't mention it on instruction. We will add it to our new product's instruction.And renew our old instruction.

Um I did mine but not all of the eyelashes curled, only some strands and I want to redo it as soon as possible but do I really have to wait for a month??
If your eyelashes are not curled, you can start redoing immediately But I think you should understand what problem you encountered, why didn't it curl the first time?
It is determined by the basic usage amount, and the normal situation is about 10 times, please use it as soon as possible after opening to avoid deterioration

I got this and managed to get my lashes stuck to the pad after a long time trying. But then when I applied the perm lotion they all pinged off again and would not stick back. Very frustrating 😠👎
my eyelashes are not curled enough. I think I took a too big Silikonpad. (?) Do i really have to wait 1 month to do it again in a correct way?? You need to wait until your lash become normal again. If you don't wait, your lash will be over permed. It causes damage of your lash. You can cut pad to your size. Some people use this way to fit it.
My kit just arrived. I was super excited to try it, but the cleaner came empty (the glass was a lil bit broken). There is some makeup product that I can use to replace it?

The girl is Asian they don't have the most full lashes. Look at the one that wasn't treated and you'll see what I mean.

@@ICONSIGN I was thinking the biggest size will bring the biggest results (L for very curly lashes and s for a little bit curly lashes) .. But I was wrong, L is for long lashes and s for short lashes and s will curl my short lashes for sure :)

my eyelashes are not curled enough. I think I took a too big Silikonpad. (?) Do i really have to wait 1 month to do it again in a correct way?? What will happen when I wouldnt wait? :) Also the pad was too long and hard straight, so it wasnt sticky at the end of my eyes and the corner -_-. all zhe small lashes didnt stick on it.
You need to wait until your lash become normal again. If you don't wait, your lash will be over permed. It causes damage of your lash. You can cut pad to your size. Some people use this way to fit it.
