It is not clear. Resilience penetration is what makes you ignore focus fire. You explain it as if it were focus fire.

Battleaxe is a buff imo like most player uses only the first hit most of the time and wait for it to reset 2nd throw cool down so the cooldown got reduced by 1 sec if u see correctly

U r seriously impaired from your brain side, i m not gonna even tell you that why after 6 7 years melees have more mobility spells and ranged attacks more than ranged items...
6 7 years players not finding much good use to play anything against swords and fire..

this clamp and damp is already happening for some time. not always but when i started EU, it happened a lot to me. mace or the Golem shapeshift.
btw just leveled prowler to 95...nice, what to play now? before that i played battleaxe which also gets nerf...and sorry at the end you say play this build instead and it gets a buff, but thats dual sword and dont they get nerfed too and not buffed? last patch video u said they are dead? no idea what to play now
Keep playing prowler. Nerfed means it's just fair now, not useless.
@@nicholasSewing ok thx, might start with it again then, was really fun. Just specced spear and bloodletter 100 xD too many good classes and didnt even test most staffs or crossbow^^ gonna like them too and even harder too decide xD

The cast time of polymorph should be increased to 0.7 sec as well. It forces players to use their life saving abilities of helmets, jackets, while this is just a skill from a weapon. Shapeshifters already have lots of damage, mobility, invisibility, control. Everything.
Buff Arcane Protection to 4 seconds Jesus christ and let me cast empowering beam on an enemy like arcane missiles

The dash has nice mobility but not much damage compared to other E. It also uses heroic charges to increase armor reduction, which is nice but it's better when there are other people to capitalize.
@@porcus123 carving has the most amount of damage in 1v1 compared to other weapons. You just have 0 idea what you are talking about.
