      @@chhavi-kohli Yes, I am trying my best. Shifted towards Sri Dhanya. But no exercise. Doing PRANAYAM. But need your suggestion on foods particularly Millets like Ragi, Buckwheat etc.

      It can have variable effect, in different food items. It can influence the quantity or structure.
