    Today’s review is very special this is one of the new groundbreaking designs in the electric skateboard arena … in terms of design and form
    with a quick swappable click in battery … ultra quick change. Along with rubberised deck 10 inch wheel trucks widths ….the MaxFind FF Belt is certainly pushing the envelope of innovation and change.
    “The MaxFind FFBelt EBoard is a dynamic high agility board, close to nothing else on the market the trucks are beautifully refined with their frosted CNC milling the rubberised deck grip is certainly one of the best breakthrough game changes leaving grip tape in its dust. The 1,500w motors provide a generous amount of torque and acceleration and the overall feel is premium. The 105mm shock absorbing wheels certainly provide a string reliable safe ride and a nice addition would be 6" /150mm pneumatics. The Hobbywing 3.0 9028 chipset is one of the best features. I’ve tested it thoroughly and so far it’s one of nicest accurately programmed curves I’ve ridden. Absolute smooth acceleration incredibly strong braking. I can highly recommend the MaxFind FF Belt for anyone who wants a high quality premium budget price EBoard that packs a punch well above its weight” - Andrew Penman EBoard Reviews RUclips⚔️ December 2022

      @@zulupenman passes the carve test eh. I cant do traditional wheels. I can only use AT. Well at least I haven't found a board that will hold up to my streets with regular wheels. We both know they perform differently with AT. Everything is cut down. Some boards show their true colors when you put AT wheels on them. Thats my only concern here besides the battery price. I am assuming thr bms is proprietary but maybe not. Thats a lot of money. The board to battery cost ratio ehhhhhh. Anyhow yeah I have just been using my channel as I always do. Just to dick around 😅 Its amazing anyone watches. I would love to find an electric board I can have a relationship with. Is this the one to rekindle that spirit? Hmmmmmm

      Hey Joe, yeah it’s interesting it’s got a really nice look that’s a kind of thing that is rare in thud industry .. function and form and not at the compromise of performance it seems to match beautifully. I’m very excited about the drop in Battery I know they’re expensive but yes the BMS is all integrated into the actual casing it’s got a beautiful polymer robust casing… I’m hoping it will provide an incredible long-range and versatility. What I like about it there’s no rattle no noise from a replaceable battery which most of these culprits to rattle like crazy, I also like the fact the rubberised grip easy to clean it keeps looking new. The wheels are okay but the clouds are better for rebound and for grip these have about 20% less grip than a cloudwheel of the 105 variety. The torque of the motors is pretty good for my 95kg but anyone heavy I might need a little bit more grunt on hills. But I’m getting away from TopSpeed stuff now and I want agility and quick drive torque off the mark… . All in all I’ll put the cloudwheels rover 165mm airless cloud wheels on that’ll give it some good larger all terrain feel because there’s no air in the tyres they perform well on acceleration pretty quick. Time will tell I’ll do range test in a couple of weeks with both Batteries and then I’ll see what we get that’ll be the tipping point I think for most people. All in all the good looking board the FF Belt nice finish the kind of thing that you just have one of these for a couple of years and it just all you need, I know I’ve seen your streets Joe I know exactly where you are outside New York and it’s crazy bad. Councils are getting slack and slacker in our streets are shocking in Australia so Street wheels are any good here they are coming redundant really on Electric Skateboards unless you’re going to a super smooth environment, bang for buck this Maxfind FF Belt is probably one of the best boards around and with these 10"
      narrower trucks makes for exceptional carving and holding in feel ….this and along with the current clearance of Verreal TTRS at $549US which is basically the price of components only no markup Vic just want to clear the Verreal‘s out, is the best out there now for super value !!! . So happy you had a look at the video Joe we go back a long way you and I …. You started RUclips even before me you’re an absolute legend mate keep up the great work and I look forward to watching next to the videos you upload, have a great day cheers Joe Andrew ⚔️

      Hey Walker great to meet you I think we’ve chatted before, yeah yes definitely it’s right The 10 inch trucks carve so much tighter and also you’re right the orangutan woukd perform definitely better than these wheels as they do give a little bit slight slide a fraction that’s why I couldn’t hit it too hard… thank you so much for popping in with your testimony on the FF Belt it really is a nice little punchy product highly recommend it as you have to, Congratulations on crossing over from a surf skate background it’s a big step to come from a skater to actually do this Electric Skateboards stuff …. but it really gives you such a good core workout and training for the waves, have an awesome day Walker 2508 what a great comment cheers Andrew ⚔️

      Hey hey Mr McCoy, thank you so much for popping in again with an incredible comment just made my whole week. Wow thank you so much. You know what it’s true when you have the odd fall specially at 62 y/o you I start to wonder will it affect my confidence but I’ve been doing this for so so long from the age of 7 I feel so at home when Electric Skateboards as I do on a skateboard it morphs into my own body I don’t even think twice about falling or having any issues. But I suppose the fall like this wakes you up a little bit makes you realise you’re all human and we can have serious injuries. Congratulations on the RS it’s a beautiful board and what a price you got it for one and 1 million opportunity get a price for that board at that time. That will be never be repeated. Thank you so much the mad 105’s are coming on the channel I’ve got to do a full review for Brian in Hawaii the owner and designer as well as Vic from Verreal who is supplying those and that will come out mid January I’ll do some serious hard carves with it it’ll be fantastic, thank you so much again my man keep up the great work enjoy the Verreal and we are great summer for you ;) cheers Andrew

    the problem I have with the handle on the front is that when you hold it that way, you have to hold it high off the ground or low so the wheels drag. Anything in between and the motor drags. Its a bad idea

    • @zulupenman
      @zulupenman  Год назад +1

      Hey Joe great point, I was going to make a note of that and mention that I forgot too…. Yeah the handles brilliant but on the smaller 105mm wheels if you bring it over more than say 50° angle you will scratch the motor guards which is a shame because they’re so beautifully refined and made …. But so an all-terrain 6 inch wheel pneumatic tire would clear easy … have no problem that clearance to be fine it’s just a smaller wheel Street wheels will probably cause scratching ie handled would then be redundant, but I plan on using bigger pneumatics anyway ;) keep up the great work Joe cheers Andrew ⚔️

      @@zulupenman in that case if I am grabbing it like that, im grabbing a hold of the trucks. I like a handle idea. I guess something on the side wouldn't go with their sleek design. It is sharp looking

    • @zulupenman
      @zulupenman  Год назад

      Yeah it’s quite nice Joe actually it’s a very heavy solid steel handle so if yon ever hit something front on your protect that deck as well … added bonus, i can hold it pretty much and at my height 5 foot 10“ at my arms length and it doesn’t scratch the motor guards, but anyone taller and anything …. But any smaller wheels might present a problem or scratching the motor guards …as I said, I’m probably going to use 150mm on it which will be great and handy to walk with .. great to chat Joe ;) 👍 Cheers Andrew ⚔️

    The board looks good. The idea of removable has its pros and cons. pros: is that you can puts spare batteries into your back pack for more range. if the battery life starts to degrade you can replace it (or like me repair it). Cons: the range is pretty bad, like 20-25Ks usually for 12S2P battery pack, 2900mAH is probbly more for max current output but not for range, probably good mix of power and range. Knowing me I'd make a backpack power bank with cables directly into the board :P. XT90 only handles 90A with maybe short peaks so not sure if that was a good idea. The handle is probably one of the first parts that may snap if you fall and unfortunate to smack a corner into it.
    For the price it's not too bad, I'd like to pull it apart hehe. as usual with new things

    • @zulupenman
      @zulupenman  Год назад +1

      Hey Phizicks ;) awesome to hear from you, what a fantastic comment yeah there’s so much to pick out of this I don’t know where to start. You’re dead right in terms of the battery they can get rattly and they can start having issues with connections with constant vibration… however this thing is so nestled in and so pocketed it doesn’t budge rattle move or anything it’s the best removal battery on any board I’ve ever reviewed with zero sound I think it’ll stand the test of time. The battery on these is a good cell rate it’s a 29E with a 5900mah draw …I’ve seen this it’s a Panasonic setup by the looks of them and they will provide an ultimate range of around 40 km with a person of my weight and height which is about 96 kg. Of course my long-range tests are always done on a best possible scenario doing 30 k’s an hour not pushing it too hard and I would expect to get 50 km range on each battery in that scenario 2 x Batt up to 100 km range. People of asked to do a comparison with a lime scooter at 22 k’s an hour for say something like Brisbane I reckon I’ll get 120 k’s with 2 Batteries doing that on the flat of course. The handles a great idea do you love that and it does work well with a bigger tire you don’t scrape the motors. Yes pulling apart would be interesting that Battery I think someone’s done it and looks like definitely a Panasonic and then 18650s. The wheel with is the biggest surprise in the mystery present unwrapped 10 inch wide makes for a ridiculous tight carves and this board turns on dime as you saw. The standard white 78a durometer barrel bushings also don’t need to be changed they’re perfect 🔥 the rubberised deck is my new go to finish on the decks they wipe them with a rag they’re clean again :) all in all a brilliant board not cheap…. not too expensive…. great price like I said it’s a classic style gorgeous unit that would look good under anyone’s arm walking through anywhere…. And …. also riding of course LOL have a fantastic day cheers Andrew

    I'm sorry but we all have our own opinions and each to their own but that is one of the ugliest boards I've ever seen. For me I would never have a charge port and power switch under a deck so many design faults including bushing hardness. I do like the truck width but I wouldn't ride that at speed with those bushings, that set up is a solid carver. 🤙

    • @zulupenman

      Hey Paul, great to hear from me again, that’s what I love about my channel people get in and just say what they feel they want a really respect that. Yes I agree everyone has their own styling to me I like a slick rubberised black Black Tuxedo finish look specially with rain / Dirt and mud in Sydney just to clean that rubberised deck was a bonus straight away. The slide in Battery is more of a locking click battery it doesn’t rattle on move budge it locks in beautifully I was blown away with how quiet it is ….all the boards I’ve reviewed in 7 years with quick changeable swappable clicking batteries… rattle or cause issues with connections… this is like riding a normal battery no issues here at all …you think by riding it it was a normal longboard electric skateboard battery . In terms of the bushings they are remarkable they’re 78a by the look of it maybe even less… supersoft I’ve been found anything in a skateshop even riptide / bones / orangutang that comes closes to this soft bushing .. not sure where they got them from, but it carves like crazy and I wouldn’t even change it… I do what I normally do just loosen my front trucks right up as I always do tighten the back ones up just like on my SmoothStar Street carvers and this thing or turn on a dime…... I totally agree with the port underneath bad for waterproofing and issues however I never ride my board anywhere near water or rain LOL I’m bit obsessive like that… I have this board so loose that most people wouldnt ride it … at the end I could sit on 37 - 38 k’s an hour without any problems so the bushings are bloody good I don’t think there’s any issue there at all. All in all for value .. money wise it’s not super cheap but not super expensive and if it double battery does 100 K range it could be for me a great travel board to take to Queensland when I go and see my daughter and my grandson. I’ll let you know and keep you posted how it progresses and how it’s holding up but so far pretty bloody nice, so good to hear from you keep up the great work love the comment cheers Andrew⚔️
