When Euclid made a proof in his first proposition, he proved that 2 opposite circles overlap each other can create a perfectly equilateral triangle up and down. Thus... The video claiming / implying that the ultimate goal is to find balance in duality is insufficient and incongruent. Its still part of the "Psych Trap" aka Chinese finger Trap of the mind. The third state of oneness expands one beyond the concept of duality and has properties of extreme states... e.g. A state of LoVe & Living Light. Video is full of jewels of wisdom. It does error in articulating how and why these puzzle pieces fit together.... I think ending the video with warnings about the psych trap of dualities extremes, may actually entrench thosee half asleep further into the state of duality dependency.
