having 5 yrs experience in oil and gas, power plant projects as a pipe stress analysis engineer. My main intention is to be there and study master/management in a job oriented program which fits me in the energy sector? I have no idea.

I have 60% in BE mechanical & I want to do masters in the robotics & mechatronics.
I have 2 yrs experiences in the production dept & 1 yr experience as a Plant supervisor.
I have also one question in my mind , if i'll get admission in the private german university & I'll scored enough good GPA in a 1st year then can i'll transfer myself into the Public universities.
