The white block in the Tenerife Sur has a lift Kev, some rooms have air con aswell, but its pot luck what you get as we have experienced this year
Booked with jet 2 got allocated ground floor garden room next to shop and reception absolutely loved even facing main road did visit Tenerife sur but glad with cristren sur thanks to a video I watched from kev amazing little gem I’d say x perfect location and the most friendly staff defo would return as close to all that I wanted in a holiday 😘
I booked a 1 bedroom apartment at HG Tenerife sur as I just preferred the look of it especially the pool area. I have requested an upper floor pool facing apartment as I don't like the thought of being on the ground floor facing the road it would make me feel really uneasy as I'm going on my own my my 12 year old. I'm hoping it will be nice 🙏

There’s a sandwich shop at the Christian sur, run by local lasses. Best bacon and egg begets and quich on the island. 😋😋. 👌👌👌👍
The Swan is a great bar had many a sing song in there before wobbling back to the Tenerife Sur.

Stayed in Tenerife Sur last week - Room was basic - was room 129 which was ground level next to the road. Could hear all the entertainment every night and all the night life. Wasn't end of the world like. No air-con the room was like a sauna in the evenings. Pool is great, although they don't police the towels at all, and you get everyone and their dog not even staying at the hotel claiming a bed which is sad. I don't know how people stay their all day like but out of 7 nights we got beds once. Towels were out from about 1am lol.
Stayed in both .
First time in Tenerife we stayed in T Sur , that was about 30 odd years ago.
At that time Sandy and Madge from Aberdeen way owned Sandys .
Must admit I did prefer the Christian Sur
Was talking about them madge and sandy the other day legends what year did they move out ?

La terrasse is a lovely lovely restaurant, quite unique, run by a very friendly French couple fully recommend it , same as you , Kevin 👍

Kevin thank you for another interesting vlog. My Wife, Cousins & friends have stayed in Cristian Sur for the last 7 years or more in various apartments which have been lovely, can't praise Cristian Sur highly enough, clean and well run, lovely apartments with a friendly, reasonable pool bar. There is also a little side door down to Antonio's & Esmerelda's bar called Babylon which is very reasonable, they will also put on and serve groups if you book ahead, brilliant.COYB

Hi Kevin Another good video. Two absolute musts in Tenerife. Air conditioning and comfortable well ventilated footwear.i once had a room with no air conditioning in winter and the room was roasting never again. And if your lucky enough in these times after all the smart phone use to get a so called good deal in a 4 star and take Half Board option if the food isn't up to much it is of very little use to you . Booking accomadition in Tenerife can be these Days a Tricky operation .,That's it for now Kevin. David

Great conundrum - C Sur or T Sur?
Thanks to watching your vlogs I finally booked a trip to Tenerife for my 60th (Sep 2022) staying in Cristian Sur. Have since stayed in both complexes and like both.
T Sur (3 stays,) no WIFI other than public (unusable - won’t even get an internet connection!)
Much prefer Cristian Sur, however due to location (imo best in Tenerife,) I would happily stay in either! 👍👍
Forgot to mention - have stayed in an upper floor T Sur apartment overlooking the Funchal strip and quite enjoyed it.
Stayed in C Sur overlooking Foxes and that was ok too 👍
Staying at Christian Sur. It's ok until the noise starts each evening. Loud Kareoki singing has been annoying it goes on until midnight every night . Forget peace and quiet in the evening.

Was gonna say . Most of them private apartments.. stopped in. Christian Sur lots of times years ago ... Then she dash for sunbeds 🤣
Christian Sur is a massive complex - correct me if I'm wrong but they are all private lets so it's really luck of the draw as to what you are getting. Some of them have air-conditioning and some of them don't.
We had a lovely modern apartment on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and an en suite whereas the other group that were with us had the most basic of 1 bedroom apartments that was like something out the 80s.
