At the beginning of the UCL, all the teams play in groups (called group stage) and there’s 8 groups each consisting of 4 teams in each (32 teams in total). Each team plays 6 games in their group and plays every team in their group twice. If you win you get 3 points, if you draw you get 1 point and if you lose you get 0 points. The top 2 teams in each of their groups qualify for the knockout rounds (which starts with the round of 16). The third team in each group gets relegated to the Europa league which is the lower version of the UCL with worse teams. And the 4th team in each group just gets disqualified and doesn’t play any European football at all. In the knockout stages you play each team twice, away and home.

Im a spurs fan and I don't know why I relive the pain of losing the final over and over. That semi final was the best game in football history though!
I hated Spurs, bc they beat Ajax in the semi finals and Ajax clearly deserved to go through... What a team they had!

Nice vid man I’m a Man City fan and spurs had a great run, but they deserved to lose the final because they dropped Lucas in the final even tho he carried them there.

So true. I still don't understand the ungratefullness towards Lucas..the man literally put you in the final and you drop him for most of the match? Imho spurs deserved to lose just because of that.
We didn't "deserve" to loose to a dodgy pen in the 2nd min. That ruined our spirit. We shouldn't have dropped Lucas but if there is a chance of Kane playing, you have to go with him. Lucas won the final game but Sonny won us the City game. Liverpool was also an insane road but the final was destroyed by one poor decision in the 2nd min. Although we didn't help ourselves after that; what can you do against one of the best teams in the world
@@robbpatterson6796 yeah it was unfortunate and the cheap penalty ruined the game, but it’s just unlucky it’s hard to say his arm wasn’t in an unnatural position, I still think Kane shouldn’t have played since I thought he wasn’t fully fit and you managed without him in QF and SF but you prob know better than I do tbf

I was at the spurs v Man City 4-3 game and it was the craziest ever, and was nearly perfect but VAR ruined us lol
I was there too, but as a spurs fan. That disallowed goal was mad. Never have I seen a stadium switch instantly. Definitely the best game I have ever been too. Atmosphere was electric and nerve racking at the same time.
