Man with a Mission is always a guilty pleasure of mine. They have a great sound, and a long history and catalog. Also Polkadot Stingray, great catchy, funky pop.
SiM is awesome. I reccomend "KiLLiNG ME" (their best song), "Devil In Your Heart" and "BASEBALL BAT" from them a lot. Another band I recommend is Earthists. Their song "Home" is amazing.
Well done sir. Especially enjoyed that distinctive Polkadot Stingray guitar tone and style - a feature of most of their songs.Plenty of that on their albums. 🤘
Yay, Polkadot Stingray! Try "Free", "Telecaster Stripes", or "Jet". One of my favorite bands for a more pop genre. I can always tell a PS song from the main guitar work.
if you can't tell I'm a big polkadot stingray fan aswell harushi ejima is a beast at guitar. that said dude, and Shinobi nai we're not really favorites of mine. 少女のつづき is one of my favorites aswell as telecaster stripes and Pandora's box
Way to get the homework done! If you want more SIM, I recommend Killing Me and Baseball Bat. If you want more Polkadot Stingray, I recommend Surrender and Denkousekka. I don't know much about MWAM. Good reaction and analysis as always. Look forward to catching the stream/podcast tomorrow.
Genre bending and mixing influences are almost part of Japanese musical culture. SiM is the most interesting to me out of these three. Other two are more "trendy" music that I think I heard at some shops in Japan.
@@JaggerKniveThe very reason I can't get into Baby Metal. SiM also sounds like KoRn and other 90s hardcore punk, nu-metal bands so they are definitely most appealing to Western ear.
The fact that you put Dear at the end make this playlist so perfect. That easily my most fav song from Wotamin. Thanks for your hard work Noricha, and happy Valentine!
The singer from SiM (MAH) has done quite a lot of duets with LiSA...and LiSA is one of the greatest from Japan! Check out their L.Miranic: ruclips.net/video/7yH_c0FT0d4/видео.html
I fucking love SiM because their genre mixing. SiM usually mix rock/punk with ska/reggae more SiM song for react Existence Fallen idols who next blah blah blah Killing me Mwam song is my jam too, some of their song which I love My hero Dog day Dead end in Tokyo
@@Hakimakem Maybe you're right. I don't mind some death metal if it's good, so it suits me fine. I love reggae as well. Bring it on! Just more songs to add to my playlist.
😁😁😁😁😁 Japanese music consists of a contrast between stillness and motion. So it's better not to stop too many times in the middle of the song. You will not know the contrast between stillness and motion.

FYI "Database" was the OP for Log Horizon S1&2, it was replaced with BAND-MAID's "Different" for S3.
Oh fascinating! Thanks for sharing!

Look at the baby metal. Idol and girl-ish voice combine with metal element. The most contrast mashup I ever seen.

I love AoT and I can't stop listening to this Opening.
OK Wave, you're safe. Documentary evidence of you doing your homework for the Gaijin Guys. 👍

I think SiM will appeal more to fans of bandmaid and MTH.
@@lurkmerchant mth I'm agree but some of band maid fan maybe don't like the scream part even it is so minimum in SiM song

Could you have chosen two more disparate bands?
@@Hakimakem
Yup, Maidiac who can’t stand MTH or Sim.
Polkadot stingray you have to try more songs 🙌
