When she said "a moment in the freezer" I thought about something completely different, but then she said "crying" and some war flashbacks hit me. I stand with you Clara.
As someone who worked in the refrigerated/frozen goods section at work, it really was the best spot to go "chill" in. Except when someone knocked over an entire pallet of milk, then it was hell
As a grocery stocker, especially for the dairy department people walk into my fridge all the time to decompress and they just stare at me like Im not supposed to be there.
Deep down she is just a precious dork that needs a hug and be protecc. That'a how you know Cwawa isn't an act, it's her true self which needs to be straight-jacketed and kept under control 😏😆😆
With Clara you can feel the age regression when she speaks ... "and then and then and then" xD Also I hate everyone who is rude to service personel or customer service employees ... fck those people!
The work freezer is so loud, that I cannot hear anything, and that drives me nuts. Most of my coworkers think that they can vape and hang out in the freezer. I don't like being in the freezer.
I just don't understand people that mistreat service staff, or any staff in general. But there are two types that you should never treat poorly under any circumstance. The people that handle your food and the people that repair your stuff, be it cars or electronics. They will fuck your shit til next sunday.
Kinda agree. And at least I don't remember being rude to anyone working in customer service. But there can be all kinds of reasons for rudeness, some of which are even somewhat understandable. Sometimes you can just have a so crappy day that you just lash out. Or so much physical pain or other discomfort. Or something very tragic has just happened and some small thing just sets you off and you react with aggression, not with breaking down crying. Of course, the most common reason probably is just that the person is an ass or thoughtless. But still.
Oh yeah people just yell at at service staff if they got your order wrong like they did not know got your order wrong or missing something no need to yell at them from what I experienced at least
We don't have a freezer. But we have a private room for (work) phone calls (open-plan office sucks)... And okay. You shouldn't be rude. But still, a promising individual if she realized that her group was probably the reason AND she felt bad for it.
I firmly believe everyone should work a customer service job for at least one year in their lifetime. Maybe there would be fewer Karens if they knew what it was like to deal with a Karen.
and then they asked me to be a manager
Right on time as usual
So did you became a manager before Phase Connect
Crying works 60% of the time every time!
Clara is just that charismatic(?)
That's quite a sad girl moment you went through.
When she said "a moment in the freezer" I thought about something completely different, but then she said "crying" and some war flashbacks hit me.
I stand with you Clara.
Oh, Gigabrain Clara, the allergies can serve as a alibi for "watery eyes"...
As someone who worked in the refrigerated/frozen goods section at work, it really was the best spot to go "chill" in. Except when someone knocked over an entire pallet of milk, then it was hell
That, soup and cream were my personal hell.
Sometimes you just gotta have the worst day of your life, fight an inanimate object at work, and then seethe in silence for several minutes you know?
As a grocery stocker, especially for the dairy department people walk into my fridge all the time to decompress and they just stare at me like Im not supposed to be there.
Something about walk in freezers man, the ultimate place for some self reflection.
Deep down she is just a precious dork that needs a hug and be protecc.

damn you got me good with the 1st half 😩
Sad Girl having a Sad Girl moment is a true Phase Connect classic
Oh I see. Clara sad girl origin story. "This is the freezer I cried in, chat." "Wow that's crazy!"
With Clara you can feel the age regression when she speaks ... "and then and then and then" xD

I normally grab a coffee and sit outside for a couple minutes when I get to that point
At least The customer was concerned for Clara.
i was a chef for ages the walk in is a haven for all lol
Worked at the food section at Target. Yes, have had to destress in the walk-in cooler/freezer.
Yeah, low paying work at understaffed places does that to you. Had my own share of similar stories.
Oh my god, that horse clip. I didn't know they could do that.
Why does Phase Conmect HQ have walk-in freezers?
How else do you dispose of the bodies in a non-suspicious time-frame?
They thaw out their new talents like helldivers
So that's where the original Muyu went...
Coffee storage facility in The Coffee Company HQ
Yeah, she need stimming!!!! When you deprived her of that luxury, she turns into someone else... Cwawa.... ssshhhhhh
The work freezer is so loud, that I cannot hear anything, and that drives me nuts.

I don't like being in the freezer.

At this point I don't even watch for the video, I just scroll down to see if Clara has a pinned comment and the answer is always yes.
I guess Clara is the girl Mint&Matara mentioned in the podcast the other day... the one that cries in the freezer
Ohhh, you got a link?
@@Kabcr check their podcast either episode 4 or 5 the one they make the personality test if I remember correctly
Honestly sounded super tough during that time as a worker
Relatable, i do have breakdown sessions like that sometimes, but after work.

I was under the impression Clara was Japanese, but that sounds like a very American story.
