It’s a Ukrainian song in a techno-folk genre. This song type/tradition is almost a millennium old, it's a ritualistic song about an ancient pagan forest deity called Shum. The song is meant to call Shum to bring the Sprig faster and say goodbye to Winter. And the instrument you hear is of a flute family but actually a traditional Ukrainian (or rather old-Slavic) wind instrument - "sopilka". This is one of the most used instruments in Ukrainian traditional songs. She is also singing in a traditional throat singing style, also called “white voice”. It's a beautiful combination of Ukrainian traditions and modern sound :) P.S.: the meaning of the song is also about season changing. In this context, ending of the pandemic (the Winter) and beginning of new era aka new Spring.
