- God have us the gift of pets. Our dogs, cats, bunnies, lizards, and birds are from Jesus. Of course, that’s not an exhaustive list.
Today, I’m talking about how good pets are for our mental health and why God sometimes wants us to have a pet to keep us company and teach us about love.

Thank you for posting this video! It is just what I needed to hear. I have been contemplating getting a dog for my kids because they have been asking for years and we have been praying for God to help us make the decision. I am researching and doing what I can on my part and if it’s meant to be God will open the door to make it happen. I like what you said about God knows what the perfect pet for you is, if there is one for you. Maybe we are not meant to have a pet. We will see, I’ll leave it in His hands.

What about those of us, like me, who has been bit by a dog? Or is allergic to cats? Are you going to tell me that’s my fault? All it takes is getting bit once before you no longer trust dogs.
I’m sorry you were bit. My sister was bit once near her eye and has a scar. Like I said, always pray on everything 🩷 also there are more animals than just dogs and cats if you feel lead by God to have a pet! 🥰
@@CreateCompassionCC I want absolutely nothing to do with any animal whatsoever. Besides, God doesn’t lead me to do anything, so why would He be concerned about me having a pet?
