I would request Mr. Brooks to use a mic while speaking. It seems he does not use an external mic and rely on in bulilt mic in laptop which is a windows laptop. It is easy to use an external mic, it is simple plug and play. The voice quality will be crystal cleat once he starts to use an external mic. Can somebody convey this message to him.
