I found Sadhguru by "chance" when I was searching for ways to manage anxiety. Then I tried watching one video, and now I can't stop watching them all. He gives me peace for some strange reason every time I watch his videos.
Energy is transmitted through his words. Truth when spoken by anyone is very powerful. “What comes from the heart, goes into the heart.” He has become one with truth. He has no duality. So the words he speaks and the consciousness which comes out and into the world and into the one listening to him is directly receiving pure energy. Like a channel. It will help heal many things.. you don’t even have to like him. :) It works Unconditionally. There are other great masters who have the same impact, but not all of them are publicly available. There are a few out there tho. :) ❤️
14:20 I felt myself wanting to cry. I have a brain injury from a motorcycle crash( someone hit me) I’ve been lost mentally for 5 years and at 14:20 I realized there’s more I can do and now I feel joy to want to do more good. 🙏🏻

I used to have a customer service type job answering the phone. Once I realized that every time I picked up the phone, I was talking to myself, the whole nature changed. I have since changed jobs and lost that immediate awareness, but even having experienced the oneness for a short time gave me a certain road map of bliss.
Sadhguru is authentic 100%. Energy creates a vibration, in turn, causes chemical and physical reactions, in turn, causing you to feel and act in a certain way. Every person, every item of food........the list can be endless, energy can either benefit us or hurt us. A person raised in abuse must spend so much time in self-repair that their chances for being able to advantage of technologies like yoga is severely curtailed.

Clarification: Sadhguru's mention about mother's day being a Nazi Germany invention is mistaken. This is partially true when it comes to only German history. Yes, even though Mother's day was an idea promoted in Germany already in 1920, it was not made official until Nazi Germany declared it so under their rule in order to encourage motherhood and birth. However, in the USA, mother's day became a movement in 1872 and was later made official by Pres. Woodrow Wilson in 1914 --- This has little to do with the overall Truth Sadhguru speaks. But, as much as I love Sadhguru, and I am sure he must have received this info from a trusted source who did not fact check, I feel responsible to say that for someone who is viewed as an embodiment of "Truth" and "Awareness", it is easy for such comments to be repeated by others as fact. Which means no more cosmic or biological process at all. Because I don't believe there is reincarnation of one's self once you are dead. By just saying it conflicts will not get resolved. This makes mutual respect. Sadguru, I saw you greeting with a namaskar. It does mean the same. You are bowing to the divine atmans in all the audience, and you are also a divine one! Please do nor ridicule that gentleman in Israel or wherever.
All dimensions are within your body, hell heaven, spiritual etc., Of course, outside the body as well. That singular truth is everywhere. Do we have the real knowledge? Are we really matured with the knowledge? Are we not matured with the Science behind it? Which knowledge are we talking about? All the truth is in Vedas, Puranas, Upanishads, and Bhagavadgita. Do not forget, the science is also there. But one has to understand. Teach Bhagavadgita along with other subjects since KG to PG. You will not see any deficiency to be peaceful and blissful.

Sadhguru's mention about mother's day being a Nazi Germany invention is mistaken. This is partially true when it comes to only German history. Yes, even though Mother's day was an idea promoted in Germany already in 1920, it was not made official until Nazi Germany declared it so under their rule in order to encourage motherhood and birth. However, in the USA, mother's day became a movement in 1872 and was later made official by Pres. Woodrow Wilson in 1914 ---
This has little to do with the overall Truth Sadhguru speaks. But, as much as I love Sadhguru, and I am sure he must have received this info from a trusted source who did not fact check, I feel responsible to say that for someone who is viewed as an embodiment of "Truth" and "Awareness", it is easy for such comments to be repeated by others as fact. And false fact leads to confusion in the name of Truth and Awareness. I am now forced to not repeat his examples or references to science/medicine without first fact checking myself.
