    This was so fun and beautiful. Doing it in a teal ombre and very excited to see the results. I must say you are so comfortable and wonderful to spend time with. I think you are my favorite person. My husband of 50 years, my best friend, died on Christmas Eve and I have been so miserable. You have helped me immensely to pull through so far. I can't thank you enough. You are a life saver. Me and my little dog are enjoying the Land of Oz series also. Your reading is extraordinary and endearing. Thank you so much for all you do. You are a precious individual!

  • @hwkluth
    @hwkluth 2 года назад

    I love this pattern and once I "got it", found it easy to do. I did make a few changes on mine though that I think makes it easier to do.
    You mentioned that the Back Post DCs are hard to do. I agree. So on the row where you have to do them, I turn the work so the majority of them are Front Post DC instead. This makes the increase stitch much easier to do. Then you only have one Back Post DC to do the raised vertical stitch once and because it is already raised on the other side, it is easier to pick up.
    On the regular DC stitches where you increase, I avoid adding in the double stitch to increase by putting it in the first set of loops after the Front Post DC. This effectively increases by one stitch in each section AND eliminates the spiral effect found by some.
    I'm doing this one in Lionbrand Mandala Sphinx colorway and so far, it is coming out great.
