The reason why the 1st game didnt have the face or the email part is because start survey is a recreation of another game with the same name, that version takes photos from your facecam/ur photos

And by the way, the guy played the Mac version of Start Survey, and as you can have photos of yourself via camera, and your Mac account is probably named after yourself, the game knows your account name and face. In Roblox its less scary because it does not know anything except your localisation.
