This is insane. No other linear algebra course is written in such an engaging way. This is what happens when MIT math professor teaches introductory linear algerba. It's explained from a birds eye view so you develop the right way of describing the concepts. He's studied group theroy, measure theroy, harmonic analysis and he makes you think about htese things without scaring the view of. 1000/10
Fascinating! Thanks for putting this series up, it's awesome! The focus on linear algebra as it relates to the real world is making a huge difference when it comes to me actually absorbing this material in a more meaningful way. Subscribed!
Thank you, so much, for making these videos. I took a linear algebra class a year ago, and I'm trying to make more practical sense of what I learned there.
It's beautiful to see sounds as having their own mathematical fingerprints, which are integrated by the human ear on a logarithmic scale for precise recognition even of simultaneous sounds provided their frequencies are different enough in magnitude.
@@MathTheBeautiful Although it might seem like an unappealing subject, I think youtube needs a tutorial series on mathematical programming languages such as mathematica and octave.

Love your teach, i failed my mathematic linear algebra exam because i was bored in class but you change my mind! this mathematic tool is so useful!
I appreciate the practical focus you have.

I like this guy already ....i like the speaking at a deliberate steady pace ..
And I like green eggs and ham
Amazing! People must know about this channel!

Always nice to see mathematical concepts applied in the real world.
Wow! This is phenomenal! Two great examples of sound! 😊❤
Much apprecieated! If you're enjoying this content, check out lem.ma/LA for exercises.
Awesome lecture! Awesome video! Thank you so much.
aren't audio samples added and divided by the number of signals you added? Otherwise you'd quickly saturate the dynamic range of a DAC.
WOW! Man, this is seriously awesome. I already loved math but now I cannot even describe how badly I want to learn!
That sounds great. Linear Algebra may be the best place to start!
I wonder what would sound if he had subtracted the sounds :)
Good question!
you are the best but why subscipts are in another language
Perfect!!!
Amazing Content. Thankyou!
Can you please tell me how you use matlab function they are really awesome...
Sure! What specifically would you like to know?
