Sir I am using denon S760H Avr. In remote I can see sound mode option so I used to select DTS NEU X mode to watch movies. If movie has 5.1 channel codec then it will show like DD+ Neu:X. My question to you as per your experience over theses years whats the best sound mode to be selected while watch movies is it DD+ or DTS Neural X ?

Sir, your AVR has a button called Direct, Pure Direct, Auto and if you select auto button it will select the best sound track by default.

Sir, 140 decibels is maximum in SPL meter, so your question is wrong, don't calculate everything like that.
As per the World Health Organisation, the safe volume level of any sound for our ears is below 85 dB for maximum durations of eight hours.
