Hi Enrique! Zoodles are "noodles" made out of zucchini. You just take raw zucchini and put it through a spiralizer. A spiralizer is a cool kitchen tool (they're less than $30 on Amazon) that cuts veggies into long strips or ribbons. You can spiralize zucchinis, carrots, potatoes... Zucchini noodles aka Zoodles are a great way to enjoy a pasta-like meal without the pasta 😋
