Man, if you guys thought that was cool, you should see inside. I went on a tour there with my major and it's PHENOMENAL! I wish they would've done cool photos with the coal and the fire pits, but this is still pretty sweet.

Great video. Always love to see how's it's done. How are you streaming live photos to the iPad?

The app is called shuttersnitch, you need a wi-fi transmitter or wifi enabled camera to send the photos to the iPad, the above video is a bit dated but shows how we use it on our photo shoots.

Really like the video. I have a shoot coming up tomorrow in an industrial park and I was wondering if you could give me some tips on how to manage the shoot while keeping in mind that I am a strobist and amateur photographer so I will probably be using one light maximum two

Adeel Ansari - scout it out and have a plan for all your shots and a timetable to keep on track. Have fun!

Jaren Wilkey really great suggestions. And what about shooting with speed lights vs. Big powerful lights? Should I keep anything in mind

Adeel Ansari - have extra batteries handy, keep the lights close to your subject to maximize the power, shoot backlit when you can or stay in the shadows. Do tests if you can before models are there so there are no surprises.

Hey Jaren, I took your advice... everything worked out quite well until I realized that I didn't have the AAA batteries for my second flash remote trigger *facepalm* - and I couldn't do HSS photography with two flashes (because the flash didn't work on HSS in slave mode).
Nevertheless, I got a few decent shots out of the day using a single light - I posted two so far on my instagram account - would love to get your opinion on them.

I think it turned out great, and that it very nice location. I've forgotten batteries more times than I care to remember, so don't worry about it. Just get back out there and do it again.
