Honestly, self-destructs are a good feature. Specially if a machine is far deadlier when used outside its intended purpose. Doof doesn't want to kill.

There’s an episode where he builds an Inator with no self-destruct button and no reverse switch or anything else so that Perry can’t defeat him that way. The Inator goes horribly wrong as soon as Dr Doofinshmirtz activates it.

The way I see it, Brain is the smart one, but is incredibly short-sighted and too egotistical to make sure his plans actually work or his equations are actually correct, as well as too proud to actually learn from his mistakes. Pinky is stupid, but he's much more aware and a bit more rational, so he can actually spot the holes in Brain's plans, where Brain's ego is so bloated he can't fathom the idea of making mistakes

The lack of Azmuth and Dr. Vegapunk on this list bothers me.
One person created the most powerful weapon in the universe and forged a blade that defeated an eldritch abomination. The other has a mind 500 years ahead of his time, helped create a bunch of terminators, and figured out the secrets of Devil Fruits.
We don’t know much about doctor vegapunk yet so that’s probably why he wasn’t counted
It's hard to say who's smarter,azmuth or rick since azmuth yes built the Omnitrix, It was the dna that made it work,while Rick has made clones that serve as a new body if he dies,time and universe travel,create living objects with ease,and in one world was able to cure a mutation diese that he created,yeah Rick with feats is smarter

Blueprints for J-10 came in the episode where Jenny went rogue but didn't remember doing anything bad and was completely confused as to why her friends were afraid of her. *Spoiler alert*......................................................it wasn't until near the end of the episode when it was discovered that Jenny was being controlled by a villain causing her to be evil during various blackout moments that explained her memory loss. I forget how much time had passed during the amount of time it took for everyone to fear her. It took less time for her to regain everyone's trust once it was revealed that she wasn't being evil of her own free will.

Sometimes when he thinks he's going to die, he suddenly shows this side of him, only to immediately revert back to his typical self after finding safety.
He is considered having intelligence like a God to some places, it only regards to his intelligence not his other things since he can still die like a normal person

I kinda figured the reason Professor Farnsworth wasn't Number 1 is the same reason Doctor Wierd was at the bottom, both being sort of senile due to "advanced" age.
The fact that professor Farnsworth doesn't really recall how most of his inventions work like the black matter drive which came to him in a dream then after he built it he forgot how to build it in another dream.
I would say no. So far, Rick has been able to make anything he felt like. Farnsworth has a limit.

@@yugioh5222 I think the main thing about Rick is that he’s basically a god. He’s unkillable, unstoppable. He can pull any kind of random science bullshit out of his ass at any time whenever he wants and versions of him across the multiverse had to create a place where they could hide from the fucking inter dimensional government. His biggest weakness is dealing with his family and his own emotions. He might be brilliant but he’s a mess as a person.

There are a few episodes where The Brain shows genuine respect for Pinky. Off the top of my head are the episodes where Pinky graduates from college and the one where The Brain goes along with one of Pinky's plans to take over the world and they nearly succeed.
Dr. Otto Scratchansniff is more of a psychiatrist than an actual scientist but as a fan of Animaniacs, I have to gives props for being on the list. Extra props for The Brain.

I ranked bowser so low because he abuses chef peepee and treats him horribly, he’s also a terrible father, he neglects his son and would rather watch charleyyy and friends than actually take care of junior, he also beats him, and a long time he used to kidnap peach and try to kill mario, his villainy aswell as his plans to kill mario have slowly faded away, but overall he is an awful father and a downright horrible person
