Great discussion guys, sai mein har kisi ki job important hoti hai, apki samaj mein aa rahi ho yan nahi, and balance wala point was so good or else you'll end up feeling imprisoned into what was once your passion. Career counselling wali conversation bohat zaroori hai aur bohat kum hoti We missed Warda and Arooj☹
1:27:03 usra was saying that people dont know their career even after doing masters thats true but there are some other reasons as well. Some people have their track to their career but unfortunately we dont have opportunties in Pakistan due to nepotism or If have then the payment is not good so that they could not run their cycle.
I would like to respond to the second part of your statement, that the compensation for doing a job is not, I actually used to believe that a year or 2 ago, but now my mindset has completely shifted. What you have to understand is sadly our education system is broken so even if a student enjoys studying a certain topic or set of courses in university when he goes into professional work, what he knows isn't up to the level of what is required by the industry hence the low starting pay, I personally know someone who graduated and his first pay was 12k PKR but within a year he had crossed 6 figures, how is that you might think, simply because he knew he needed to improve, he learned and became useful to the company, so they gave him more pay and benefits, just so that he wouldn't leave. So the gist is if you are the best at what you do, you'll get paid, but if just wanna coast like alot people here are brought up then yeah it's hard to compete. Sorry for the long rant, just wanted to get this side in.
@@baloch4912 Thats true bro but actually If you see the first world countries there the companies train their employees after graduation and pay them the same amount which they pay to their 2-3years experienced employees.
@@baloch4912 But unfortunately our system is corrupt or our administrators doesnt know How to run the system or maybe we need to learn from others. Coz gen-z is not supposed to ruin their youthfulness in the betterment of this system although I should mention that everyone is not gonna apply for Css exam just to get the 17 Grade low pay job. Need to change this system and the administrators as well. Im not offending anyone's plans, do your best to achieve your plans.
@@syedymshah It's kinda funny that you say that system and administration needs to change but Gen-Z isn't supposed to do that. You have the most to gain by changing it bro. I myself decided to stay in Pakistan to work hard and face whatever issues there are and one day when I can try to fix them. But no one person can do anything. And if you like what you do, I seriously doubt it's wasting your youth.
I live in Kohat but my dad used to live in abbattabad in his childhood and he lost his parents there in 1984, my grand father and grand mother were murdered by Hathora Group there.
