Great location no doubt, this condo project is at the higher end of the spectrum in terms of price per square meter. It may not appeal to your average retiree though there has to be a demand otherwise it wouldn't be going forward.

Tell them they need to stop building these stupid closet sized 1 beds. I wouldn't buy a one bed less than 60SqM, and would want 70SqM. I wouldn't touch
Cheers, Coops! I do like the new buildings, but the room sizes are quite small considering the price! I would choose an older building with bigger rooms/balconies. Fantastic location. Jomtien really appeals to me.
Are the universal plugs 220 as everywhere in Thailand ? Will I have to get a different charger for my iPhone or it will work with the 220 volt in Thailand.
Unfortunately Pattaya and thailand is not the place to hang around the house much unless an invalid or sick and dying. Luxury is thus enjoyment of the female offerings not living as if rich. I am wealthy but will reside in $10/night hotels in thailand just to meet normal farm girl type women for my pleasures. Copacabana is one building where if you have a big 2 br and act like you have a lot of money the Russian girls will hunt you as if a roach crawin on her kitchen floor. AROM buy/remtal prices are full ridiculous and it in middle of night market prostitution and mom n pop eateries at much higher local prices.
