I'm still new in this baking cakes industry. I love all of your videos very educative. I have a question on using vegetable oil in baking cakes the right proportion.

Hi Emily I have those chocolate letters mold ,but after we few use they stained ,which doesn't come by washing. I tried few different ways of cleaning, but didn't work. Please advise me how to clean any chocolate mold. Will appreciate.
Great question! Mine are brown so if the chocolate does stain them, I haven't noticed!

I think I’m going to try the chocolate molds. Seems the easiest, any tips on melting white chocolate, I always have an issue
Yes! Use 50% power and melt for 20-30 seconds at a time, stirring before repeating so that you don't overheat and cause seizing
