  • 11/4/17 - Back in November I spent the day at the Vancouver Wye. A handful of trains had unique consists, two of which had Canadian power trailing. C.P. is rather common here, but CN is somewhat of a rarity. The other oddball was Amtrak 90250, the "Seahawks" wrapped NPCU.
0:05 - BNSF Oil train (Northbound)
    2:30 - Amtrak Cascades (Southbound)
    4:10 - UP OCETU-02 (Ore-Eastport, ID-Tacoma) (Northbound)
5:35 - BNSF oil train w/ CN power (Northbound)
    7:40 - BNSF manifest (Northbound)
9:50 - BNSF light power move w/ CSX and UP
    10:30 - UP GSG5TA-28 (Grain Shuttle-Grand Island, NE-Tacoma) (Northbound)

Awesome catches! I was in Troutdale on the 4th and saw a mysterious stack train that stopped in the middle of town. I have no idea what the leading units were but I heard it had a K5HL up front.
