1/2 white onion
2 celery stalks
5 garlic cloves
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs thyme
olive oil
8 tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter ROOM TEMPERATURE
bake in 325 °f oven until internal temp reaches 165°f
