The event was held at @SPACE in Las Vegas. Upon arrival you are greeted with small samples of cheeses and delicious items to try and a selection of wines. There is a table of beautiful plates were the items have already been chopped and picked for your board. Whilst sipping wine Shey (the owner) talks you through the best knives to use, what cheese and meats to pair with what fruit, as well as the best colors to create the prettiest board you can. We even learned how to make a rose salami and it was so easy.
From start to finish I had so much fun - I made lots of new friends and I left with my very own completed charcuterie board that I will be honest I was very impressed with, as well as some extra goodies.
This was a fabulous night out and I can't wait to put my skills to good use for my next wine and cheese night at home.
