Same here. I’ve noticed that if I aim manually and get a “lock” from the assist on their head it will lock the center to their forehead. So even when burst firing the recoil will make the assist fly off the head instantly and then just stop working.
Really appreciate you being honest about aim assist lol. It used to be that so many people would deny aim assist doing much of anything but thats changed for the better. Sick guide btw

Hey Ears , Big fan BTW I play on a Xbox X and I have an Elite controller as well . I also only use 2 paddles What do you use your paddles for ? My left paddle is for Sliding , crouching , Dolphin Diving My Right paddle is for Jumping I use the Big Paddles on the bottom but I turned the upside down . So put the right paddle on the left and vice versa .

This game is rigged to try to make people buy cod points if your not buying cod points they dont want you playing the game and will just ruin your experience

I haven’t been playing cod long only since December of last year but i have got to a point where my aim is great enough to average between 30-50 kills a match and with this one I can barely get 20….and I also struggle reading the mini map I guess it’s because I haven’t been playing long enough to know but I can see where players are just not understand fully as to exactly where they are….

How can I play claw comfortably and with good aim & movement? I practice for 4 days now and I'm slowly getting better but still I can't compfortably reach my R2 Trigger with my middle finger. Do you have to hold the controller or just lie it down on your legs? Not sure whether or not I should try to use my ringfinger for pressing the R2 Trigger. I was a KBM player for a long time but I want to properly learn Controller for MWIII.
I would recommend flipping r1/r2. It is hard to reach r2 with your middle finger while playing claw. Especially on a ps5 controller. Also tryout a version of bumper jumper if claw is not it for you.

You're saying you've got the back button set to jump, but you're still hitting 'A' out of habit. How long do you reckon it takes to get the hang of these back buttons? I've been using ABXY for years and I'm thinking of getting a controller with back buttons - just hope I'm not throwing my money away. Your video's been a big help, by the way. I didn't realize the 'L' trigger is what gets the aim assist to work. I thought mine was broken, but this helped me. do you know if the strength of the aim assist deminishes the longer you hold the trigger down?
Maybe try to learn how to play claw first. I practice it for a few days now and my movement is already on point. Still have to work on my aim and on throwing knifes a bit more. I think claw isn't as hard as most people think and it can save you a lot of money in the long run.
@@HaraldQuake i do remember switching to claw for the final trickshot kill in SnD back in the day. but i could never have acurate aim with the claw position. i lack the thumb accuracy with my index finger is all bent up like that lol. i could try it again, but i feel like id need a new account as my skill base would destroy me right now if i switched up haha

Still need to work on nuking the other team but I got all my Streaks and it just felt good to play. Well, traditional sniping is pretty much ALMOST dead. Imo, sniper classes should be the only class that allows you to not show up using ghost while being still. It's absolutely stupid how hard they made traditional sniping. Quickscoping, running around like an idiot without acting like a sniper, is not sniping.
And this is why true games don't like computer players! It's a unfair advantage to the cheaters! Cross platform competition shouldn't include computer cheaters.
I tried default settings and I tried your settings, and it never locks on to anything, I turned aim assist off and the game play is the same with it on and off, so it just does not work at all, I switched back to mw2 and it works, it also works in mwz ,but it does not work in online multiplayer with any assault rifle, it does work with the snipers. I am a PC player with the xbox elite controller.
