Yea i was thinking that too. Ollie did say in the latest Jessie Woo’s interview that his connection with Sharlotte in the pods was more like Cat’s, which alludes to the fact that he felt more sexual energy towards her than love and familial energy that Demi was giving. He also said that some people are good to date but not to marry. So i wonder if he’s just stringing Sharlotte along just cos she’s hot but then once he finds someone else he wants to marry then he moves on
@@Desperatemeasuress It wouldn’t surprise me. He wouldn’t be the first guy to do that. Someone younger with the looks of Charlotte and the loving energy of Demi.
Had the same thought when I heard that story! And when he seemed angry about it. But he won me over. I don't think he's completely to blame for the relationship breakdown, Sabrina was saying some petty things, but it sounds like he made sone major blunders
Did anyone peep this in the Steven Sabrina situation. At the beginning of their segments Steven mentioned that they both quit their jobs to pursue their own businesses. And Steven remarked that her business took off. So I think money and ego also played a big part in their downfall. He mentioned money a few times (talking about them dating in the pods and everything is being paid for, so you can focus). Sabrina mentioned she rented him a car when he came to Belfast, which makes me believe that his financial situation was bad and on top of that seeing her business take off, took a hit on his ego. And he also mentioned he couldn't afford to go to Belfast for Xmas which tells me he is just not the successful, stable business man he was portraying himself to be.
I agree with your statement. I also think that there must be another reason for their separation because I believe that to each action there is a reaction. To me, they both needed to understand their love language to be able to better for one another. It was sad to see.
Ben and Nicole just had my heart this season. They were my golden couple. I cried watching them, they speak the same language I just can’t explain. They’re just in their own world. I’m so happy for my black sis to have followed her heart, imagine if she’d missed out on this love.
Seeing their year together and how well matched they are made me so happy I'm so glad they got together. Reminded me of Bliss and Zack from the US version they had a rocky start but worked out in the end and now have a beautiful baby
Ollie called Sharlote SUBLIME...he almost drooled when Catherine entered, we could SEE WITH OUT OWN EYES how he did not felt the same towards Demi, he can deny all he wants, but it's all there! Actions speaks louder than words.
Exactly and despite it being “ complicated” , they’re still dealing with each other. That lets me know that it’s because their physical attraction is the driving force . It’s possible to think someone is attractive without feeling that spark and that’s what I think is the case between Ollie and Demi.
Let’s not forgot- Tom’s a high powered PR executive!! He came media ready 😂 Honestly most of the cast seems like they got PR training/were very calculated with how they handled things. (Except for Steven and Sabrina) lol
I think their “media training” was the onslaught of comments and the public’s discussion of their personality all out in the open. Sabrina and Steven had an easy breezy time online that’s why
@@mimi11011that is true unfortunately, British people are too soft, this is why i prefer the US version in a lot of ways i love the drama from the US version.
This was a very respectful reunion. I’m glad Demi checked Catherine on her comments cuz she knew what she was saying. I was sad for Steven and Sabrina but can’t say I’m surprised considering they never discussed living arrangements fully before saying I do
It’s really crazy cause a lot of reviewers I watch questioned their living situation and just assumed since they’re so happy maybe they discussed it in the behind scenes but damn I guess we were wrong and they hadn’t.
I didn't think their living situation was that big an issue. It could worked itself out in time if BOTH of them were operating in good faith and not just one. Sabrina did most, if not all, of the heavy lifting, it seems (pun intended).
@@toomuchinformation that what I figured too that maybe they had the conversation of where they were gonna live already and they just didn’t air it on the show. But clearly they didnt
This reunion was so wholesome! There was potential for more though. The hosts could have dug in for more drama but you could clearly see that wasn’t their goal and I respect that
UK TV is like this. One of my favourite shows Long Lost Family is always done tastefully and with respect for people over getting the best moment for TV.
Yeah UK tv is not as toxic as USA for sure. They were spicier than I even thought they’d be. Would have liked and extra 3 mins with Sabrina and Steve tho 😅
As a viewer, I would like more details but if I put myself in their situation, less is more. These are not actors and we have to think of their mental health. The two happy couples were heart warming. I think Sharlotte should be wary of getting together with Ollie who obviously didn’t really click with her personality in the Pods.
They didn’t spend enough time on Freddie and Cat. Sorry not sorry 🤷♀️. The whole season was so good, but the reunion was just blah. Why wasn’t Cat questioned at all about her abusive treatment of Freddie? Her behavior in general but especially at the party when she flirted with Sam? Cat’s whole issue is that nobody ever holds her feet to the fire.
Probably because the UK is very careful about causing distress and mental health problems for people on TV. We've had people unalive themselves, so in order to not have legal and social (outrage from society about poor treatment) issues, they have to be very careful but obviously still have some drama
@@likefanta2049then why didn’t they consider Sam’s mental health? I don’t think that was the reason. I think it’s just that when it comes to female abusers, people are lenient
The wounds are still fresh with Steven and Sabrina. As much as I want answers, it would've been unfair to let them carry on. Tom confirmed my initial suspicions. I feel like he chose Maria over Natasha because of her perceived looks. I think he assumed the make-up artist would be prettier than the "nerd" or "geek". At the mixer, Tom seemed shocked Tash was so "glamorous" and expected her to be "nerdier." I'm pleasantly surprised by Nicole and Benaiah. I was a little worried when Nicole didn't know his surname at the wedding reception. Sam was giving clout chaser, if it's true he was angry Nicole didn't want to go to Greece with him, it's giving you took away my screen time. Shout out to Demi for calling him out... loving Demi 2.0. I'm not shocked by Demi and Olly not working out. Freddy still seems like a shell of himself sitting next to Cat. I hope he finds his person if he hasn't already.
@@WilliamsPinch yup. I think he chose her for the wrong reasons and Maria clearly want listening to this man when he said he didn’t want a stay at home wife even if it was for a few years when the kids are young. They were never going to work honestly. I think Tom wanted a good time 🤣
Stephen and Sabrina will give me what I want. It was unfair for them to cut it so short they were the only ones willing to bring the drama that I crave. I’m not afraid to say that I like drama and the toxicity of the US version if that makes me toxic then so be it.
@@Adamtendo_player_1 they did it for safe guarding. Sure it’s entertaining but UK shows have to follow the regulator’s guidelines and they put in more guidance in 2020/2021. I grew up on the housewives so I love the tea and drama but I do understand why they were cut off. Can’t be getting sued in season 1 🤣
Steven and Sabrina were such a let down but it had me thinking back to the pods when he said his ex had cancer and she broke up with him to deal with her health, something about that didn't sit well with me. From where I'm sitting Steven is giving low effort male vibes. I thought it was petty of Sabrina to bring up how she paid for things to accommodate him, but I really do believe he is probably cheap and unsupportive. He also said himself that in the show it's easy to be happy all the time because you don't have to worry about paying for anything. I can't stand a cheap well dressed man!
@@ishasankoh3684 I was a bit shocked when he didn't really know how she was doing with her cancer battle. I understand if the breakup was complicated but not knowing seemed like a red flag.
I think the effort is what she wanted and the issue wasn't that she paid for things for him; she anticipated his visits with thoughtfulness and got things he needed to feel comfortable and do what he usually does at home. When she visited him, he didn't even ask or take the initiative to anticipate her needs the same way. He didn't want to bother. And canceling a visit 2 days prior with the glib statement "they'll get over it" (in response to plans they'd made with her family) was not respectful. Again, he seems not to care at the level she did.
@@emcooper3031 I couldn't agree more! Sadly thoughtfulness is a trait more common with women than men. I think it says a lot when someone doesn't take the time to plan for the person their hosting, and it's not always about the money, it's just the courtesy. Also she isn't just anybody, she's your wife. He doesn't have the maturity, nor does he have the finances in order to be married, and yes money does matter, especially when dealing with long distance relationships.
I wanted them to say more about the fact that Nicole said that Sam lied about her wanting to sleep with him and he turned her down. This was crazy… I want to hear more.
I absolutely love Betsy.😍 The way she stood on business with Catherine was real big sister energy . Freddie, ever the nice guy, gave her too much grace but that makes me like him even more.
@@jackeeB You say that as if cheating is some normal thing everybody does. Cheating is not some right of passage. It's great that you've learned, and grown. But you have done so at someone else's expense. Your "growth" doesn't change the fact that you have destroyed the trust, confidence, and self esteem of the person you cheated on possibly forever. You shouldn't have to go through life destroying other people's mental and emotional well-being in order to be a better person.
@@jackeeB That makes it even worse. Cheating is not just a mistake, it is a decision you make. You and a lot of people decide to hurt someone elses feelings without knowing, how this could change a person forever.
I really wanted them to ask Sam about the "beggars cant be choosers" comment. I'd rather they asked that than about the turning down Nicole's advances thing.
Tom is so over the whole experience and the BS. He’s like yes. I was wrong. Learned a lot. Want to be civil with everyone. PR PR PR!! My VP is watching
Heck naw. Let’s focus on the fact that he turned down sex. Anyone with hidden agendas woulda hit and bounced. She didn’t like the fact he turned here down and it ended. Also she didn’t even tell Beniah either. And tried to deflect attention off that. He kept it real. Y’all people are so naive. And Beniah is Hollywood. We just gonna ignore the fact he couldn’t give an honest statement about his intentions only what he thinks just to get the same girl he wanted.
@@MeggaMann_theBlueLionno guarantee he actually turned down sex. We never saw what happened. She may have asked him, "do you think we should be physical yet?" And he said no. Which is not the same as her throwing herself at him and him saying no. But he's painting it out that way. It's his word against hers. But so far she's been way more normal and up front about stuff than him. Also, the hidden agenda thing is not as straightforward as you say. It's a TV show not a one night stand. I know it's hard to believe but not all shitty guys are driven by sex alone. Him turning down sex proves nothing either way because lots of men can turn down sex if they think they're gonna get something better, or if they're just not in the mood, regardless of their hidden agenda. Like what sort of hidden agenda includes getting onto a TV show where you're locked in a room talking for a week just so you can smash ONE girl? That makes no sense. Sabrina gave way more reasons and examples as to why it didn't work out and Steven's excuse was " we lost the spark". She brought up the ironing board and everything else to show that she did little things (making sure he can get his coffee, buying the ironing board) and big things ( the gym thing) to make him feel at home while he was in Belfast in contrast to him doing nothing to accommodate her while he was in London. Also, he doesn't like phone calls and texts, how was "the spark" supposed to stay alive when he wasn't talking to her? Make it make sense, Steven.
I have to say that I was impressed by the Host of the Uk version. To me in comparison with Nick and Vanessa they were more thorough in their questioning. They were not messy, didn’t take sides. Overall, I thought the reunion was civil and respectful. 👏🏽
Maybe it’s because it’s the first season, but the UK version of Love is Blind seems classier/less superficial drama-driven than the US version. Thank you for another great review season 👑E
@@toomuchinformationoh no… she REALLY needs to be single for awhile and work on herself before hopping into a relationship ☹️ it’ll be best for her AND her potential partners
@@hommefataltaemin Well, she clearly thinks not, but who knows? it's been a year, so she might have had several months dealing with the outcome of LIB and then met Jake quite quickly after that. He was already familiar to her so that cut down the "getting to know you" time before they started living together.
I am a straight elder millennial. I just see Demi more attractive than Cat/Kat. I really don't understand the appeal of Ollie either. I thought she was out of his league.
I'm actually interpreting it differently. I don't think they made a typo. I think they meant that we could see a man like Ollie being attracted to a woman like Demi but that's not what happened in this case. So we didn't see that.
Correction Ollie: you are attracted to women who look like Sharlotte (not Demi) in terms of weight. Hence, the “mad, beserk, sublime” comment. But of course you wouldn’t admit that. Let’s just call a spade a spade.
Yes, Ollie and Demi had a true connection in the pods but I said from DAY ONE, he is not going to be attracted to Demi. I don’t care what happens or what he says, it will never work. No matter how much he talks in circles, it’s not going to happen. He just won’t admit it.
Freddie buying the gift for Catherine was totally a production/Netflix thing. They got in his ear like "Don't you wanna you get Catherine something since we know you're gonna say no?"🤔
@Ricardodiaz17762 I thought the same thing. It was done to throw her off. I think she grew suspicious and thought Freddie was going to say no. So Netlix recommended Freddie buying the gift to "reassure " Catherine that he was all in. It's not very nice!
@@Ricardodiaz17762 yet people still simp for Freddie like he is an angel even tho he has cheated previously and wants all his assets to go to his sister while his future wife won't get any support. Some BTS: Ollie dated Sharlotte in the pods and she was the second strongest connection he had after Demi. So Ollie and Sharlotte actually did have an emotional connection before they saw each other.
Stephen specifically asked Sabrina about moving to London. She said YES because there were more opportunities in London. How could something so significant change? Her willingness to move to London clearly factored into his decision to propose. You can’t just switch up that agreement on living in London. Say the truth in the pods and let him weigh it. Look these women like too much bait and switch. Cat, Sabrina and Maria all did that. Frodo said it best: Tricksy!!! All for the precious engagement ring.
Sabrina and Maria were fine to want what they want. In time Sabrina would've moved. It's not something that you can just snap into place (Bobby could, but his situation was clearly more flexible). She was doing the most to ensure that this temporary situation was okay with little reciprocation from Steven. Out of the programme Steven (another tight arse like Tom) realised that he had to pay for stuff and that his business wasn't going well (unlike Sabrina's). As for Tom, he's another goldigger, who will mine a woman for her resources. I don't know why y'all caping for these mean, low effort men.
@@AshleySamM Sabrina was smart not to move, sounds like Stephen was already dating someone else and was trying to get rid of Sabrina in the laziest way possible, ghosting and apathy
It was such a good interview! I had no idea that Demi & Sharlotte were tied in comparability until the end of the pods. Production completely left that out. They tried making him look like a villain when he first saw Sharlotte but without all the details it makes perfect sense! I’m also upset that they choose to highlight Catherine & Ollie’s weak storyline over Sharlotte. What a missed opportunity!
Olli said in the Jessie Woo interview that Charlotte was one of his top 3's and he called it off with her the same day that catherine called it off with him
You know what? I’m SO proud of Demi not just for saying no at the alter, but for recognizing she needs to be at peace with herself and validate herself before moving into a serious partnership!! She kept herself accountable, and I bet she has a bright future ahead of her 🩷 she seems like a lovely woman
After seeing Ollie's interview, it's clear that the producers were pushing a narrative of an insecure thick girl and if the hot guy would like her. I think the editing exasperated what really happened between the two.
@@dollyrevenge98 Of course not. She would never say that. Why would she? It'd put her in Netflix's bad books and they'd take revenge on her. The participants get media training and have to toe the line. Ollie said that he had three connections in the pods: Cat, Demi and Sharlotte. It then came down between Demi and Sharlotte and he chose Demi. Since LIB, he didn't know what they looked like, although he knew that they were both mixed race.
@@toomuchinformation Many participants have openly admitted when they thought that Netflix painted then in a exaggerated way for TV purposes. If Ollie can do it, I don't see why Demi can't come out and say that her story was altered.
For those asking why there wasn't more drama or why certain issues weren't pressed, it's because the UK is very careful about causing distress and mental health problems for people on TV. We've had multiple people unalive themselves, so in order to not have legal and social (outrage from society about poor treatment) issues, they have to be very careful but obviously still have some drama. You wouldn't have what happened to Trevor on Love is Blind USA S6 happen in the UK at all. Plus British TV isn't intrusive and is polite lol
Ollie was lying to us about how he felt about Demi because he didn't want to get dragged. He respected and cared for her, but he was not attracted to that woman. Everyone could see that smh Sam and Catherine deserve each other i hope they ride off in the sunset lol

When it comes to Steven and Sabrina, I'm not surprised at their outcome at all. Something was off about Steven ever since he told that story about his ex with cancer leaving him. What woman is going to leave a good man while she's battling the toughest time in her life? I think that the core of Demi’s anguish during the experiment was being in the midst of a sweaty beauty competition. Demi strikes me as someone who surrounds herself with positive people and that she shares with them fun and depth. This was way outside of her comfort zone, emphasized by Catherine’s despicable comment after Ollie dumped her a$$ about Demi and Ollie not working in the real world
Demi would've probably benefitted from the US version more. Everybody was side eying this season promo when we saw a majority of them were atleast conventionally attractive. Demi seemed like she would've thrived in the US with vibes in the girls quarters
Ollie was never and still not attracted to Demi. Catherine was right sorry not sorry. He was attracted to her like a homegirl. I WANTED THE TEA FROM SABRINA!!! Cuz we were rooting for her and Steven. Tom knew what to say to avoid drama, but I really don't think that he was being offensive towards her family. They have different values when it comes to gender roles in a relationship, that doesn't mean that one is right and the other is wrong, it just mean that they shouldn't be married and he was smart enough to see it.

This is why I never was sold on Sabrina and Stephen and was always confused why people thought they were solid. People assumed that just because we didn’t see a lot of them meant they were steady. Nope. They were just boring. Stephen never showed any interest in moving to Belfast and was dismissive of it. He also was joking about losing freedom and ball and chain during the bachelor party…I knew that wasn’t a joke
My first impression of the reunion was that it felt a bit more like the tone of British Bake-off than the USA reunions. Like they never wanted to cut too deeply into anyone, even when they really messed up because they wanted to give this "everyone gets along" vibe in the end. I think it’s why they kept asking if even the people who’d said no at the altar still got along or were on good terms. I also think the reunion could have been a little longer. With 6 couples, it’s a lot of ground to cover! Maybe 90 minutes would have allowed them to address stuff like Sam and Cat flirting. Or ask Ollie what his response would have been if he’d gone first at the wedding.

Furthermore, it did seem like Ollie was painting the narrative that they weren't right for each other at the time and the while being in another relationship.
Yup. As much as I still like Ollie, he did an interview with another RUclipsr. He was not defensive and took accountability for reacting to Charlotte the way he did at the mixer
Re: Sabrina and Steven. I always got the feeling the editors were purposefully showing clips of them saying different things about where they would live in the first 11 episodes to make it look like they may have an issue and now I think they did it to set up context around the break up. But Steven @the reunion didn't contest Sabrina when she said that they settled on splitting that first year between London and Belfast. My guess is all those conflicting clips from the show were taken from different moments throughout their courtship and made to looking like a conflict. Either way, I am really said about this. I am sure they both contributed to the breakup somewhat but it sounds like Steven really dropped the ball.
I'm thinking that Ollie and Sharlotte have been together since the end of filming (about a year?) and for the past several weeks Sharlotte has been seeing Ollie's interactions with Demi and Cat so it's probably been challenging for her.
Some woman somewhere is going to be so luckily to be loved by Freddie. I’m a lesbian and I’m in love with him. 🥂😂😂😂He deserves a supportive, kind, funny and loving partner. Freddie will be a loyal husband and wonderful father.
Steven asked if she would move to London in the pods and she said yes! And then when they got out it was suddenly we’ll figure out. I knew that wasn’t going to work. I also felt like he is a bit blindly hopeful without thinking about the action it takes, and there is something a bit tight about her. I liked them both but I think distance does NOT work when you haven’t had the time to build that dedication first.

Ollie had a great interview with Jesse Woo where he shares he had 3 top connections in the pod, Charlotte being one and he had no control of Netflix decision to not air it. So , it makes sense he revisited that connection in time.
UK handled this whole season so gracefully, I REALLY appreciate the respect and I hope others can treat the cast with the same respect. We are all human, we all have difficult traits.
@@tomatobanks5036 agree. We are all so quick to judge but if we look deeper, we all can have the negative traits others have. It doesn’t make us inherently bad, just something to work on. I think the whole cast is lovely and showed love and respect to each other continuously.
I never understood the Sabrina and Steven hype. I thought all the couples would say no. Something about Nicole gives performing. Idk, im not buying it.
Oh yes, I second your opinion about Ben and Nicole. It just seems too good to be true. However, watching the BTS of their reactions to their first date, it does look like they both genuinely felt a connection. But but but... something just doesn't sit right. I hope I'm wrong.
Ngl, I can't fully trust Sabrina's narrative because I find it unbecoming when people [unnecessarily] go into the £s and pennies of what they've done for someone. "I bought him an ironing board", "I spent £70 on groceries" - yes...that was your husband EDIT I'll elaborate: There are better ways to say "I felt unappreciated". The way she chose made it seem she was ready to embarrass him no matter what his reasoning was. Which reflected poorly on her. So her further arguments were less credible. Ultimately, it seems the financial strain was too much for them, which is life. But keep it classy
I don't think that was the point. She was highlighting how she had made him feel welcomed and appreciated. On the other hand, he wouldn't visit her and her family at Christmas because he hadn't managed his finances well... please
But yet people are criticising Maria for wanting to be a SAHM. It seems that women have to do the most whilst men are allowed to be low effort. The point was that he didn't show the same care and thoughtfulness towards her. He probably felt bad about it, but reacted in an immature way. He's the s----y spouse here. She did way too much for him and it was not reciprocated.
@@toomuchinformation you can be a SAHM and have a low effort husband. You could still be in a predicament where you work your arse off to look after your kids and your husband comes home and does nothing.
How Sharlette and Ollie managed to get into a situationship at this big age and on this show is beyond me lollll Also stand on it Queen E, I agree that he was very clearly attracted to Sharlette by the way he reacted after seeing her. In comparison to Demi. I do think he cared very much for Demi though. But he was also gonna say no.
The Ollie / Demi situation isn’t hard to comprehend but everyone’s projecting their own ish. They respect one another. They don’t find each other unattractive. But they’re not for each other. They’re being respectful of the LEVEL of attraction so it’s not misconstrued. They had a connection. They respect each other. But that spark isn’t there.
Sabrina and Steven gave me Nick and Danielle vibes from the jump. They both fall fast and i just didn't see it. I am shocked they didn't make it until the reunion tho.
I second this. When she said she really needed Ollie to get through the past few weeks.....what happened the past few weeks? Makes it sound like she was catching heat from the show but she barely had screen time so I wanna know what she meant LOL
Imagine watching a show that you worked on a year ago, about your current man and another woman getiing the Cinderella love story edit. You have to watch this, along with a world wide audience, knowing that the ending is a complete 180 from what people watched a week ago. That's pretty tough.
Watching her man date Demi! She left after he broke up with her in the pods, now that they’re together, she’s annoyed to watch Ollie and Demi’s love story.
Prob just trying to smooth things out. Cause some would say she stole Ollie from Demi 🤷🏼🤷🏼🤷🏼. Especially so soon after the show even thou it’s been a year
Yikes, what we saw was enough! It's obvious Stephen did not prioritize this relationship. And if Sabrina emasculated him, then good luck to her, he's a goner.
Girl I ❤ your side eyes! I sometimes find myself side eyeing with you. Also Ollie never expressed his attraction to Demi like the other woman. Enough that we all noticed!
I don't know... I feel like Tom might have been judgmental, and should have apologized for that specifically, but he is allowed to have different values. He is allowed to not want to be the provider, but have an equal partner in all things instead. He is also allowed to want to teach his daughters not to expect men to pay for the first, second or hundredth date. In my opinion, he was attacked too much and apologized too much.
He is certainly allowed to have his own values, but the way he talked down to Maria when he found out about her job and then said that he said no to the marriage because of imaginary daughters is bizarre. I also don't think its equal for him to expect a woman to birth a human and get back to work asap so she can split the bills with him - but yes he is allowed to have his own opinions (but I do think that men who tell their woman to immediately go back to work after having a kid are a red flag - just my opinion).
I don't think he even said he doesn't want to be the provider. You need to realise that Maria expected him to pay for literally everything. She was upset that he "let her" buy him an ice cream. Bear in mind that she offered to pay for it! Sorry but that's got nothing to do with how typical British or Americans think of the provider role. It's a very extreme version and not something he'd be expecting. I also think that she made it worse by springing it on him in that fashion. I know I'd have been upset by it. If she'd had a conversation first that might have been fine, but she tricked him and then got upset about it. It just doesn't sit well. As a man I'd be expecting to pay for all the big stuff especially early on. But it feels rude or entitled if a woman gets upset with you for not paying for EVERYTHING. It's an unspoken rule. If you expect someone to be generous you can't ask for it in a hostile way. She did and that's the result.
@@SheLovesFubuyou're putting words in his mouth. Where did he say he expects a woman to go straight back to work to split the bills. He's reacting to the way Maria was. I mean he's much better paid than her. He probably wouldn't have minded paying more for stuff. But when she told him that he better pay for everything or she'd be upset (which she demonstrated in real time) he didn't like it. No one would. You want to pay more to be generous and caring, not because your wife thinks that's your role as a man.

i wasn’t saying anything cuz everyone seemed to love him but stephen always gave me finicky vibes. he pissed me off so much when he kept going on about the spark being gone. i just think with marriage you have to know that the spark is something you have to feed to keep alive. like he can’t use a lack of “spark” to not communicate with his whole ass wife. it’s just ridiculous and he kept saying she was lying but he never said exactly what she lied about. she was the one who had specifics and you can call her petty for the exact amounts of money and all but to me they were receipts. i feel bad for her she definitely deserved better.

Yes, she said that: "it's complicated".
Yea i was thinking that too. Ollie did say in the latest Jessie Woo’s interview that his connection with Sharlotte in the pods was more like Cat’s, which alludes to the fact that he felt more sexual energy towards her than love and familial energy that Demi was giving.

He never seemed into Catherine so I disagree on that part. Charlotte? Yes
Let’s not forgot- Tom’s a high powered PR executive!! He came media ready 😂
Honestly most of the cast seems like they got PR training/were very calculated with how they handled things. (Except for Steven and Sabrina) lol
I think their “media training” was the onslaught of comments and the public’s discussion of their personality all out in the open. Sabrina and Steven had an easy breezy time online that’s why
Well, he's a "PR exec". I'm not sure of the "high powered" part.

It’s really crazy cause a lot of reviewers I watch questioned their living situation and just assumed since they’re so happy maybe they discussed it in the behind scenes but damn I guess we were wrong and they hadn’t.

Yeah, the hosts asked almost nothing of value.
Probably because the UK is very careful about causing distress and mental health problems for people on TV. We've had people unalive themselves, so in order to not have legal and social (outrage from society about poor treatment) issues, they have to be very careful but obviously still have some drama

A "Ball and chain" is no match for 🚩 🚩 🚩 😅 they better recognize
Stephen should have just said "I don't" at the alter.
Agree! Mr. I Date With My Eyes did not have the same energy for Demi as he did for others.
I guess Tom truly is a highly paid PR executive, he's probably adding this reunion to his resume
Ollie said Demi looks more like women he dated. However I don’t believe he was attracted to Demi even though I think she is beautiful.

When Sam went onstage and sat between Catherine and Freddie, I thought the hosts would ask about the flirting and Cat saying she wanted Sam’s ring.
What did Sharlotte mean by what she went through watching the show? Lmao
Ollie was her top connection in the pods and he broke it off with her the same day as Cat break off which resulted in her leaving the pods.
I'm thinking that Ollie and Sharlotte have been together since the end of filming (about a year?) and for the past several weeks Sharlotte has been seeing Ollie's interactions with Demi and Cat so it's probably been challenging for her.

I feel the same about Nicole, not sure exactly why. Get those vibes from her.
Just wanted to come and say I adore Bobbi & Jasmine..can't wait for some babies. They seem so lovely
Ngl, I can't fully trust Sabrina's narrative because I find it unbecoming when people [unnecessarily] go into the £s and pennies of what they've done for someone. "I bought him an ironing board", "I spent £70 on groceries" - yes...that was your husband
EDIT I'll elaborate:
There are better ways to say "I felt unappreciated". The way she chose made it seem she was ready to embarrass him no matter what his reasoning was. Which reflected poorly on her. So her further arguments were less credible. Ultimately, it seems the financial strain was too much for them, which is life. But keep it classy
Truly, that raised my eyebrows when she pointed those out. She sounded cheap and bitter
Yea she could've just said, I made space for you...without mentioning the exact amounts etc it was a bit tacky to me.
@@toomuchinformation you can be a SAHM and have a low effort husband. You could still be in a predicament where you work your arse off to look after your kids and your husband comes home and does nothing.

How Sharlette and Ollie managed to get into a situationship at this big age and on this show is beyond me lollll
Also stand on it Queen E, I agree that he was very clearly attracted to Sharlette by the way he reacted after seeing her.
Can someone explain what did Sharlotte had to get through in the past few weeks?
I second this. When she said she really needed Ollie to get through the past few weeks.....what happened the past few weeks? Makes it sound like she was catching heat from the show but she barely had screen time so I wanna know what she meant LOL
Imagine watching a show that you worked on a year ago, about your current man and another woman getiing the Cinderella love story edit. You have to watch this, along with a world wide audience, knowing that the ending is a complete 180 from what people watched a week ago. That's pretty tough.
Nah, she just trying to smooth things over lmao. She ain't slick.

Prob just trying to smooth things out. Cause some would say she stole Ollie from Demi 🤷🏼🤷🏼🤷🏼. Especially so soon after the show even thou it’s been a year
Ollie and Charlotte also had a connection. It was between her , Demi and Cat. They cut her storyline
Why did they rush this? I wanted way more of Stephen and Sabrina going back and forth!
