I did a sleep test a few days ago and i can guarantee that there's NO WAY you can do a sleep test while being drunk. It cancel everything, the data would be corrupt.
He definitely lied. I've dealt with insomnia for years and they make it abundantly clear that substances of any kind can impair the outcome of your sleep study. You'd be sent home haha.

A sleep test is something you do at a clinic to check for sleep apnea and other sleep disturbances. They glue a bunch of wires to your head and monitor your sleep all night. I am SO ABSOLUTELY SURE they would not allow him to do it if he showed up drunk.

As a black American that has multiple family members in the military, I wholeheartedly agree with Ramses stance. They view the military in two different context based on their life experiences. Being a sperm donor is NOT the same as having children. I'm genuinely shocked that so many people are conflating the two. He's not a dad. He doesn't have children. Stephen being SO agreeable and meek over every single thing was super red flags for me and now it all makes sense. Not bc those are bad qualities but bc his whole demeanor about it was creepy and disingenuous and felt like he was hiding something. But the way he spoke about being a cheater in the past like it wasn't his fault at all.... that shouldve been the biggest red flag of all. Ngl he just creeps me out.
In fairness to Marissa, when they were all in the pods, she was shouting from the rooftops to all of her dates that she had been in the military so Ramses knew and he could have easily gone into a deeper conversation with her about his beliefs and feelings on the subject there and then but he didn't. It wasn't necessarily her fault that she didn't specifically ask him about how he felt. Ramses knew it was a huge thing for him but went ahead with an engagement without saying anything even while they were in Mexico on the yacht where she was high on adrenaline because it reminded her of when she used to be on board Naval Destroyers. I'm wondering if he isn't just looking for something now to give him an out because he's getting cold feet!

Monica’s superior attitude throughout the experiment and shaming during the breakup didn’t help (it’s his betrayal that matters after all, not the kinks/fetishes), but she absolutely did NOT deserve this by any stretch. I felt so bad for her, but I agree she dodged a damn bullet!!

Adult here raised in chaos like Marissa. You learn to go with the flow or you get crushed. It took me many years & therapy to learn to claim agency and be more self-directed. I also can recognize her upbeat personality as a coping mechanism that I leaned into also.

I’ve never heard they put you under drugs when you do a sleep test. You just spend the night at the hospital, and they attach you to a machine while you’re sleeping, so they can record your breathing. It’s to determine if you have sleep anea (if you stop breathing in your sleep), and often you stop breathing and how long. After the results, you may need a sleeping mask to help you breathe better in your sleep.
Sleep test is check if you have sleeping disorder called sleep apnea, you can actually do them from home now, they’ll send you the equipment with instructions, then you mail it back
WARNING Steven brought up cheating to Monica while they were in the pods. The red flag should have been the warning because it will be an issue in his relationships.
