Thanks for such a informative video. I have a doubt, lets say in the 6 month or 1 year service check, there is some problem with the car like anything with suspension or wheel/steering alignment or engine or infotainment system, and it has to be fixed/replaced. So in that case does the car owner have to pay for the parts required? They will only give the free labour ? If that is the case then what is the 4 years warranty for, i though warranty meant that if anything or any part of the car goes wrong somehow, volkswagen will fix it for free as its under warranty. I am so confused. Can you please clear me this? Thanks for you videos, keep making it!
All parts will be covered in warranty for free Except Wear & Tear parts. Warranty terms are different then service terms.

The sales team seemed to know nothing about cars. When I first interacted with them, they gave me the wrong quotation and then increased the price of the car the next day. Their lack of car knowledge was evident when they incorrectly claimed that the Virtus has 17-inch alloy wheels and that the ventilated seats only work in the hip area. I was shocked and wondered if they were asleep on the job. I ended up educating them about the car, which was frustrating. This first impression made me worry about their ability to provide assistance in the future, as the team is still weak and learning.
Additionally, there was no commitment regarding the service center. Six months ago, they told me they were already working on setting up an ASC in one location, but a month ago, they said it had been moved to a new place. Everything in Meerut seems so uncertain.
I wanted to buy the GT+ Edge in black, but the Meerut dealership quoted a waiting period of 4 months. On the other hand, the NCR East dealership, which I've known for almost 7 years, offered same-day delivery. I didn’t hesitate for a second to skip VW Meerut and go with NCR East instead.

I have same A510 connected to charging (12V). When I start my Virtus, dashcam does not auto start. I have to press ON button in Dashcam manually. Did you face same issue?

Yes.My concern is raised when i compared with skoda terms. in VW atleast 1 year Major service should be absolutely free. but still Consumables needed to be paid in 1st major service only labour is free.
