Poor Customer Service!! I would advise everyone to not deal with this company. First of all they will not refund your money at any cost even when the mistake is their own. I ordered a pair of their 4.5 slip-ons for my BMW R18 Transcontinental. Before I placed the order i made two telephone calls to their customer service and tech support to verify the fit with my bike’s saddlebags and the saddle bag guards. Both time I was assured that they would fit and be installed without any problems or complications. One the pipes arrived I anxiously took the bike and popes to my local BMW dealer to get them installed. Needless to say they did not fit and would rub when installed. I spoke with one of Freedom Performance reps who said they don’t do any kind of refund, (which I was asking for a full refund), return (was’t asking for that either), or make any effort to compensate or make amends for their error. They even stated that no one at their company admitted to speaking with me or even taking the order.
