This is my latest favorite asmr channel! I'm an American living in Switzerland. I first discovered asmr a couple years ago in a Francophone Swiss tv new channel and immediately started looking for youtubers doing this! I started off with English-speaking channels, then found a couple of French ones, but since I understand those languages, I found myself paying attention to the dialogue, which might be great if you're just trying to fall asleep, but not if you're looking for "white noise" in the background while you concentrate on a mental task. (I'm a teacher and have to grade a lot of essays.) I started branching out into languages that I don't understand and bingo -- I fell in love with the Korean ones! The Korean language has a lot of tingle-heavy sounds, I find. I found a favorite channel about 6 months ago, and then I found Baloo just yesterday to give a bit more variety. What a calm, soothing voice! I hope Baloo will continue to make these awesome videos! I was hypnotized by one with a lot of hand movements, but unfortunately I had to hide the video part just to force myself to pay attention to the essays! Well done, Baloo! I'm happy to be your new fan!
