I met a girl from Mongolia, it truly taught me things that are very valuable, you do not need money to be truly happy now and I appreciate the little things that I never noticed.

      First of all I apologize for the I apologize for the inconvenience some of my countrymen are causing in the comments. I usually don't like to write about ethnology but with some comments I feel compelled to answer.
      As a Turk, I do not confirm your statement. For sure, we are different nations and in general Turks from Turkey differ at many aspects from turkic people of Central Asia and South Siberia. But a big part of the turkish population is proven to be of Oghuz descent.
      F.e. turkmen nomadic way of life lasted in my family until my grandfather. And nearly half of the population is like me.
      Many nomadic clans can even be traced through Ottoman documents exactly where they lived in Central Asia before immigrating to the territory of Turkey. No other turkic nation has so many documents about the origin and migration details of its population.
      Besides that it would be impossible for an altaic language (turkish) to become the primary language in Anatolia for nearly 1000 years without large-scale immigration from Central Asia.
      Anyway this song isn't even turkic, it is mongolian, so let's just enjoy the art.

    Turkish are only related to the Mongols, Manchus, Siberians, Evenkis & Oroqens etc. through the Altaic language family which includes three branches - Mongolic, Tungusic and Turkic.
    Genetically, Turkish are barely even related to the Mongols, Manchus and other Siberians who mostly carry the Y-DNA Haplogroup C3, C3c or N3. The Turks of today are generally a mix of Europeans and Middle Easterners. Very few Turks are actually genetically bonded to other Altaic speakers within the family

    • @BrorealeK
      @BrorealeK 9 лет назад +4

      Well, it depends on which "Turks" you speak of. In Central Asia they certainly are more closely related to the other Altaic branches genetically. In Turkey you're correct, the people and their culture aren't merely turkic, but Greco-Turkic. Ever since the days of the Sultanate of Rum, the Turks in Asia Minor/the Balkans have been fusing with Hellenistic culture and of course intermarrying with Greek families. Only beginning in the days of Ataturk did the Turkish people actually look back east to their "roots" and try to identify more with the other Altaic peoples. If they want to, it's fine. But by now they are still fairly different from their distant cousins and have a unique place in the world.

      Came to the Center-Asia (Mongolia and Uyghur State)
      And this proto-Altaic Nation broken (Mongolian and Turkic nations came to the Mongolia,Manchu and Tunghuz peoples came to the Manchuria.
      Look at history,look at Hunnic Empire,Göktürks and other steppen-khanete.
      After the 700-800 years Turkic peoples went to the Western Asia, Central Asia and Anatolia,Mongols stayed the Mongolia,Tunghuz peoples went to the North, from Manchuria (This is Tunghuzia),and Manchus stayed the Manchuria.
      This is History of Altaic Nation !

    Gauls were no match for a Roman legion, strategy and training almost always defeats numbers, we saw that when the Britons outnumbered the Romans 2 to 1 and still lost, when the French knights charged the English at Agincourt they outnumbered us yet though a little bit of careful planning and rash actions from the French the English were victorious.
