    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    Prepare Tandoori Masala Chicken:
    -Dried red chillies 7-8
    -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 & ½ tbs
    -Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 tsp
    -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & ½ tbs
    -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp
    -Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1 tsp
    -Laung (Cloves) 6-7
    -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 5-6
    -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
    -Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
    -Lehsan (Garlic) 6 cloves
    -Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece
    -Lemon juice 4 tbs
    -Water 1 tbs or as required
    -Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
    -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
    -Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 2 tsp
    -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Tandoori masala 1 tbs
    -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Chicken boneless cubes 600g
    -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
    -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
    -Curry patta (Curry leaves) 15-20
    -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
    -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
    Prepare Tandoori Mayo Sauce:
    -Mayonnaise ½ Cup
    -Chilli garlic sauce 3 tbs
    -Dahi (Yogurt) ¼ Cup
    -Tandoori masala 1 & ½ tsp
    -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
    Prepare Veggies:
    -Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
    -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
    -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
    -Band gobhi (Cabbage) diced 1 Cup
    -Pyaz (Onion) diced 1 Cup
    -Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & diced 1 Cup
    -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced 1 Cup
    -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves 1-2 tbs
    -Chawal (Rice) boiled 2 Cups
    Directions:
    Prepare Tandoori Masala Chicken:
    -In spice mixer,add dried red chillies,coriander seeds,fennel seeds,cumin seeds,black peppercorns, carom seeds,cloves,green cardamom,black cardamom & blend well.
    -Add onion,garlic,ginger,lemon juice & blend well.
    -Ad water & blend well to make a paste.
    -In a bowl,add ¾ cup of tandoori paste (reserve remaining mixture for later use),yogurt,turmeric powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,salt,tandoori masala,red chilli powder & mix well.
    -Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
    -In a wok,add cooking oil,green chillies & fry until light golden.
    -Add curry leaves,mix well & set aside.
    -In a same wok,add onion & fry until light golden.
    -Add marinated chicken,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
    -Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
    Prepare Tandoori Mayo Sauce:
    -In a bowl,add mayonnaise,chilli garlic sauce,yogurt,tandoori masala,salt & whisk well.Tandoori mayo sauce is ready!
    Prepare Veggies:
    -In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger & mix well.
    -Add reserved mixture 1-2 tbs,mix well & cook for a minute.
    -Add cabbage,onion,tomato,capsicum & mix well.
    -Add salt,mix well & stir fry for a minute.
    -Add green onion leaves & give it a good mix.
    Assembling:
    -In serving dish,add boiled rice,fried green chillies & curry leaves & mix well.
    -Add stirfried vegetables,tandoori masala chicken,tandoori mayo sauce,fried curry leaves (crushed) & serve!
